This property and value was just below average to average. The location itself is older and definitely showing its age. The elevator was hot, creaky and did not feel very secure. The first room we were in the AC unit did not work. After we changed rooms, we noticed the front door DID NOT LOCK with the deadbolt, just the latch. Bathroom door did not lock either. Tile in bathroom was cracked, chipped and moved when walked on. This is the only hotel that serves breakfast 630-830 that I have ever been to. Most places it's 6-9 or 7-10 depending on the day and which location. The fitness room was literally just an elliptical and a treadmill. No free weights. Pool didn't seem opened or cleaned recently.

Leaking air conditioner which made a huge wet spot on the floor. the breakfast ******. hardly any options/variety the eggs were not cooked fully

The property was nice, frendly and good accommodations. Would have liked shampoo and conditioner dispensors for the showers. Overall good stay and helpful staff

The only complaint I have is the room was humid and muggy when we walked in. On e the air kicked on it was great

The building needs work. The bathroom tiles were all broke and grout was cracked and missing.

Always enjoy staying here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I stay here every time I come to see family in Cleveland.
