Rooms were clean. The staff member Brenda that handled the breakfast provided exceptional service and was very nice.

The room was clean and didn't smell of smoke. They room was spacious with full size toiletries. The hotel was pet friendly. The breakfast was great with fresh food and several options and not just waffles and cereal like at many hotels.

The room was great. The ceiling fan was unexpected. The shower was one of the best I've been under. It was high enough that I didn't have to bend over to wash my hair.

Had to wait on staff for assistance upfront. Also had the privacy sign hung on the door, the maid knocked and I let her know I was in there but she proceeded to come into the room. I told her I didn’t need assistance and again that I was there. Thankfully I had just finished dressing. Completely inappropriate for her to enter.

Room and bathroom were very dirty and smelly. The blanket on the bed smelled like pee. The bathroom smelled like pee and mold. The room was for a handicapped person. It’s upsetting that the staff didn’t take good care of that room specifically because it was for a handicapped individual.

The property looked old, the side close to office wouldn’t lock, the bed sheets had mold on them and the room was not clean.

选酒店也不能笃信评分，这家酒店是这个区域评分比较高的了，晚上十一点入住，前台居然搞了十分钟才弄明白给了钥匙，现在很少有美国高速边上的酒店还收押金了，这里还收100押金。进了卫生间，浴缸底面一半的面积耷拉着浴帘。

Always a great experience! Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is hot and ready when you are. Rates are in line with other hotels in the area.
