房间标准还可以，但四天里有三天没有热水，这实在令人无法接受。我反映了这个问题，但没有投诉，因为我永远不会再光顾这家酒店。这么好的酒店变成这样，真是令人惋惜。
那地方糟透了。房间里到处都是臭虫，脏得令人作呕，我们只好放弃预订，而且没有收到退款，然后去了另一家酒店。
