Room was tidy and as expected, check in staff was excellent, morning brew fest staff was irritable, brecfest was incomplete missing main parts: eggs. Pancake machine not properly managed.

All their staff were very friendly, mostly during breakfast, their housekeeper team are great. My family and I enjoyed the stay here.

My check in was very seamless, however the room not so great. My white towels were dirty, sheets dingy not all of the lights worked. It is VERY sketchy at night here. A lot of homeless people in the area. I would not stay here again

Overall very nice place, clean, staff was very understanding upon asking for lower level suite due to elderly family member.

Room was full of mosquitos and we all got multiple mosquito bites just from one night! I killed 5 of them in the bathroom before bed too! Staff helps with nothing and you have to drive over to the lobby to get things like an extra blanket as there was no bedding for the pull out sofa.

The hotel double charged a deposit on the second booking of my stay. The staff then lied to the ******* rep and said there was only one charge when they reached out. In total, there were 3 charges of deposit to my account at a single time. I did not book again once this occurred.

I don’t believe my room was properly cleaned before my stay a lot of the dishes that were provided were still dirty. There were stains on the bed and floors which were not made by me. I also left with itchy bumps on my legs from sleeping in the bed which weren’t there before my stay not sure if it’s the detergent or whatever the case maybe regardless i’m left with itchy bumps. Another thing was that neither the wifi nor the TV in my room did not work.
