This place is a dump. Pool has green water. Room service only works certain hours so you are responsible for getting new towels. Bathroom shower was broken. Could not adjust the mixing valve. No water pressure because of mixing valve problem.

One of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in! My room smelled like it has been flooded and mold all over the place. The water did not work. The lady at the front desk didn’t care and didn’t want to help at all. They charged me 3 times the amount I was booked for. The whole place smelled like it has been flooded for years. The pool was green.

Hair dryer didn’t work & no solution offered. Pool was green. Maid service didn’t happen after requesting it. Arrived at appointed time for breakfast & front desk said they were out of food so they closed it. Check out time on back of door says noon. Housekeeping arrived at 10:45 to tell us it is 11 AM. This place was great 10 years ago, but it is terrible now! Don’t stay here!

Best place to stay . I have been there three different time and I will stay there again if I go there. Is very clean ,nice and affordable. Employees were very nice and friendly. They love dogs . I enjoyed so much and it looks like home to me. I recommend it to everyone. If you go there you fall in love with the place.

Can't say enough about this hotel. My sister and I were in Beeville to attend a loved one's memorial service and my nephew suggested SureStay. Very reasonably priced, the room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, there were several choices.One of the main things I appreciated was that we had a hallway entrance to our room,also a back entrance to the parking lot. Just stepped right out and there was my vehicle. Very very convenient. The staff were all very nice,especially the gentleman who checked us in. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! We will definitely stay here on our next trip. THANK YOU SureStay!!

I was working in the area and stayed here for over a year. The hotel is clean, has a pool and was conveniently place near everything, restaurants, grocery stores and San Antonio or Corpus Christi. The management went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and extended that same promise to my fellow workers. I recommended this hotel to others, and they were happy there as well. If you find yourself in Beeville or the area, this might be the place for you. They make a variety of food for breakfast and offer bag lunch for those in a hurry. Javid, Cathy and Andy are and will remain faves.
远离！简直糟透了，过时又脏，没有提供所列的设施。房间又臭又脏。门坏了，滑动锁也坏了，门框也坏了。门边的地毯全都撕破了，我踩到了指甲条纹。浴室风扇坏了，水槽和浴缸里的水排不出去。味道很恶心，微波炉里的油漆不见了，不知道在里面加热东西是否安全？有线电视一团糟，互联网不能用。到处都是碎玻璃和垃圾。没有人清理垃圾桶，后面的整个建筑后面都没有垃圾桶。人们把垃圾袋放在外面，整天在太阳下晒，散发着臭味。管家只是路过，一次把它们留了好几天。我不得不进去叫前台把垃圾搬走。它们不是我的，我最后把垃圾拿到院子另一端的垃圾桶里，因为我来的时候门外的垃圾桶已经满了。自动售货机房和制冰机都不能用。洗衣机坏了。他们要你付 20 美元让他们帮你洗衣服。他们宣传洗衣设施，所以应该包含在超价房间内。烤架和桌子都是垃圾。一堆堆破木头看起来已经放在那里好几年了。泳池边是一场灾难。我在这里住的那个星期，桌子旁边放着小孩的脏内裤，味道很难闻。所有家具都坏了，我在一张金属躺椅上割伤了自己。通往游泳池的台阶很危险，一个不见了，另一个坏了。游泳池的两个门都不安全，一个根本打不开，这意味着你必须绕一圈才能到达浴室和野餐区。如果发生紧急情况，上帝保佑。早餐有很多不足之处。没有咖啡，不得不要求他们煮一些，然后没有糖或奶精。问了，他们整个星期都没有。果汁被贴上橙汁的标签，但看起来像发酵的苹果汁，我不敢尝试。所提供的服务价格过高。不得不请求客房服务人员为我的房间吸尘并打扫。经理对所有员工都很粗鲁。另外，还有一个小孩到处乱跑。他独自在洗衣房，还有一次在健身房。他总是哭闹或乱动。健身房里的所有设备都坏了或丢失了。当我告诉他们时，工作人员只是耸耸肩。遗憾的是，还有更多事情发生但我想你明白我的意思，帮自己一个忙，不要住在这里
