We stayed one night as in the area for a swimming gala. Quick and easy check in, clean and spacious family room and excellent meals at the brewers fayre. Breakfast was cooked to order and the staff at both meals were so friendly. Recommend!

Very friendly receptionist who said we could swap our double for 2 singles, also we was allowed as much tea and coffee as we wanted. Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfy we slept straight through the night till morning. The bath was great very deap and lots of fast hot water. Parking good to.

早餐糟透了。第一天我点了份英式全餐。培根和水煮蛋还行，但蘑菇泡在油里。黑布丁和薯饼也难吃得要命……我用叉子戳黑布丁的时候，油都喷出来了。第二天我只点了水煮蛋和培根。这次盘子里全是水，培根都泡在水里。我把吐司放在盘子里，结果都泡软了……这大概是我吃过最难吃的早餐了……真不敢相信我居然花了10.99英镑。
这是我们第二次来这里。几年过去了，这里变化很大。以前这里跟网站上的照片一样，现在的装潢和家具都显得陈旧。床也不太舒服，沐浴露的分配器坏了，台灯也坏了。只有一条浴巾，而且水槽周围也不太干净。对于公司包房的员工来说，这里或许还算可以，但对我们来说，这次入住体验非常令人失望。
酒店有停车位，员工也很热情，但这大概是它唯一的优点了！房间看起来不干净，浴室气味难闻，我不得不自己买空气清新剂和清洁用品来去除异味！我要求打扫房间，但他们并没有打扫。空调好像坏了，而且噪音很大！绝对不会再来了！
虽然这家Premier Inn酒店并非我住过的最干净的酒店，但糟糕的用餐环境让我的三晚住宿体验雪上加霜。餐厅脏乱不堪，地板黏糊糊的，穿运动鞋或皮鞋走路都费劲，脚都粘在上面。干净的杯子上还残留着口红印，桌子也黏糊糊的，上面满是面包屑，即便我是第一个去吃早餐的。公司为我支付了高额住宿费，并预订了“套餐”额度。然而，每天我都被告知“您的房间号没有显示您使用了套餐，我们的系统里没有您的记录”，工作人员总是把责任推卸给酒店员工，说他们工作不力。因此，我每天都被告知要等在一旁，有人要亲自去隔壁酒店确认。他们尝试拨打酒店前台电话，却无人接听。最终，他们每天确认我确实使用了套餐，但之后却对我置之不理，直到排在我前面的所有人都用餐完毕。我感到非常尴尬，酒店员工甚至表示，由于与酒店沟通不畅，他们“压力很大”。总的来说，客户服务非常糟糕，我感觉自己像个麻烦。床和毛巾很干净，但其他东西都很脏。我强烈建议不要在这里用餐，也不要住超过一晚。
早餐周末应该7点开始，但实际上7点20才开始。我们11点必须赶到南安普顿，所以6点半的时候问能不能取消早餐，当时被拒绝了，7点10分又被同意了。结果我们迟到了40分钟。我觉得这次住宿体验很糟糕。
