Our stay was overnight prior to an early flight. Check-in was efficient and friendly by Amy. Room was comfortable and smart. The bar service was pleasant, again delivered by Amy. In the restaurant we were served by Emily and Amy. Premier Inn should be proud of their staff here at EMA who provide a first class service. Customers were unaware that staff are managing a full restaurant and still delivering a friendly professional service with a minimum of staff.. We regularly stay in Premier Inns across the UK and this hotel is an outstanding example of what Premier Inn want to show is their signature. The Team at EMA meet this signature at the highest level.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn East Midlands Airport and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. The restaurant looks very old and outdated, and the tables were dirty. It did not feel clean or welcoming at all. On top of that, the waitress smelled strongly of cigarettes, which made the experience even worse while trying to eat. We also had to wait a very long time for breakfast to be served. Overall, it was embarrassing and far below the standard I would expect. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Staff were extremely helpful especially Pamela who was on her own serving breakfast when it was really busy. She was rushed off her feet but still greeted everyone with a smile. I particularly liked the walk in shower and the bed was comfortable with the softer pillows. I would recommend staying here.

It's just another airport Premier Inn! Or is it!? The chap on the reception was friendly, polite and helpful - so far so good! But then we had dinner in the restaurant... ... and met Pamela! Premier Inn should be very proud!!! Fun, cheery, happy to be here... and providing us with the perfect start to our long-awaited holiday! Thank you, Premier Inn... thank you, Pamela!!

Fabulous food, we had prawn cocktail, chicken skewer, chicken taziki poke bowl,and curry it was all delicious. Our server Pamela was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. A lovely start to our holiday. Thankyou 100% to Pamela.
