我和妻子每年至少会去利物浦四次，拜访家人和朋友。我们总是住在利物浦北科比巷 Premier Inn 酒店。这家酒店是我们在英国住过的最好的 Premier Inn 酒店。设施和房间都非常好，总能满足我们的期望。酒店和 Beefeater 餐厅的员工非常友好和高效，竭尽全力满足顾客的每一个需求。我特别想提一下 The Packet Steamer 餐厅和酒吧的员工 Paula、Ann 和 Paul，他们在那里工作多年，每次我们都会受到他们的热情接待，他们总是帮助我们度过愉快的时光。
酒店正如您所期望的那样，接待人员在抵达和离开时提供优质服务。房间唯一的缺点是窗帘后面有 3 个空水瓶。酒店让我们失望的是早餐。工作人员也非常出色，但要应付大量的餐食，厨师们似乎很轻松，在大家都忙得不可开交时有时间聊天。食物并不诱人，物品丢失且没有更换，没有咖啡杯/马克杯，这是我们在 Premier Inn 从未有过的彻底令人失望的体验。我们再也不会预订早餐了，浪费钱。我通常不费心评论，但因为 Premier Inn 一直发邮件给我，所以我写了一篇。
Had a lovely stay! Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. Room was perfect. As was my evening meal and breakfast! Cannot fault anything!! I can't wait to return for our next family get together!

Comfortable, everything we needed, and a handy location for visiting family. After a very long day, getting to our room and seeing the Christmas message and some goodies laid out actually made me a bit emotional, it was a kind touch! The room was a little dry and left me with a scratchy throat but I was the only one affected by this.

Underwhelming and a bit odd. Police officers were seated outside a room in one of the corridors which did not make me feel particularly safe at this hotel. The lift is down a very long corridor, signage is not very good and overall, for a Premier Inn, I was unimpressed, I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and left after one night. I would not stay there again.

Warm welcome when we arrived clean and tidy bed and room very cosy 100%will go again looking to return with our son to visit the anfield football ball stadium

Hotel room and service was excellent, although hotel doesn’t look great outside it was a pleasure to stay at. I’d happily stay there again

酒店环境优美，交通便利，员工友好，尤其是前台的 Debbie 和 Julie，他们非常乐于助人，为我们提供了游览利物浦的最佳方式。房间干净，设施齐全，毗邻酒吧，所以喝了几杯后，回到房间也不远
这次住宿让我很失望，投诉了暖气发出的噪音让我无法入睡。我不得不关掉暖气，但显然房间很冷（在寒冷的天气里）。早上我和接待处的工作人员交谈，他们提供了便携式暖气，但不幸的是，时间太晚了。

干净、乐于助人的工作人员，房间很棒，床很舒服，枕头很好，淋浴很好，住宿非常安静，遮光窗帘很棒，晚上睡得很好。早餐不错，停车方便，位置很好，方便前往利物浦。以前住过，还会再住。
