A very comfortable hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were great. We had a PremierPlus room, which had a few extras that made our stay even better.

I’d like to give a massive shoutout to Nikki and Brooke. I’ve been working away staying around the country for 20+ years and the professional service with their wonderful personalities have stood out enough for me to write a review. They are an asset to this company. Not only that, but the rooms and restaurant are super clean and just very welcoming. They definitely deserve recognition from the company and if everyone shared the same values as them, the world would be a better place. I have stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean and comfy, the breakfast pleasant and ample, the staff very helpful and friendly, value for money excellent, and parking is included. What more can you ask?

We stayed in a premier plus room which was really nice. It was cheaper than other places and we were able to call a taxi straight from the hotel phone at reception. It was a lot quieter than other places and was very clean. The service was really good and the staff were very friendly especially Sophie who served us breakfast in the morning. Overall was a really good stay and we would come back

Stayed here before with my family and have always been delighted with the hotel. The room was spacious, with comfy bedd, air-con and the WiFi was always on, no interruptions. Having only booked for two nights we took full opportunity of the cooked breakfasts and Sophie was fantastic in the kitchen, she even went out of her way to cook my autistic granddaughter fried egg whites for her breakfast and they were spot on. The food was fresh, hot and very appealing. The continental food was also fresh and sumptuous. I also want to recognise Paige as well for her prompt service and her general friendly demeanour. Her and Sophie ran that restaurant with superb efficiency and a friendly pleasant attitude. Thank you both. We will be back

Second time at a Premier Inn while travelling around England. Lovely stay, with wonderful facilities and great food. Front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful Nikki, Sophie and Paige. Location was accessible to main roads and food outlets.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10yrs as my dad lives 10mins a way but my last stay has put me off and is the worst I have ever seen the place. The picture above is what the hotel looked like when it first opened, its a far cry now. The Table Table restaurant is fenced off and vacant. As you come into the car park your greeted by a flooded entrance and 4 big storage containers, the overflow carpark has a massive mound of mud and rubble in it. The main carparks full of pot holes and puddles and at the entrance end theres about 4 skips of old furniture.This is the first time I have stayed here and felt like it wasnt a safe place to leave my car. The inside of the hotel is being renovated but I didnt see any notice on there website to tell people this. The first floor was closed with building hazard warning signs by the door. The room we stayed in had a really strong smell of fresh paint and also seemed like there was furniture, possibly a desk missing, where the tv was mounted made no sense as it was lined up with the massive gap inbetween the bed and sofa bed. There is a new small restaurant on the ground floor off the hotel that looks nice but we didnt use it

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Nice room, comfy bed, clean bathroom, sheets and towels. Quiet. Great menu with vegan options. We'll stay again! Easy to access the
