The space and room layout was ideal home from home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Alway willing to pass time of day with me. Chris was very welcoming and helpful .

Had problems with room moves and the tv but Chris on reception helped a lot and as a way of apology I got beer chocolate and a big smile, you couldn't have ask for more

Excellent service especially from Chris nothing is to much trouble for them even when checking in late Cherie is also very polite these 2 ladies really go the extra mile

Stayed at this hotel for a 2 night stay in a premier plus room. Nice room, good size, comfortable bed and great bathroom, very clean everything you need for a short stay. Staff helpful. Good value, Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Top tip book a taxi in advance as services not great in the area and the food next door in the Brewers Fayre is expensive and terrible in quality.

Great experience at this Premier Inn. We had a comfortable room that was very clean. The room had recently been updated so was modern and fresh. Chris greeted us on check in and was extremely friendly ensuring we had everything we needed, and helped us with guidance on how to get into the town later in the evening. On leaving the following day we left something behind, we called the hotel and Louise helped us by ensuring we were reunited with our property. We can’t thank her enough for such good service it really is appreciated.
