The cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch. We found a toenail in the bed which was unacceptable and disgusting and therefore made us feel the rest of the room had not been cleaned properly. We were then given more sheets by the front desk to change ourselves. The shower was also not acceptable and it had an upwards leak causing the entire bathroom to flood, soaking our belongings which were in the bathroom. Totally unacceptable and ruined our stay.

Breakfast was unfortunately understaffed during our visit. There was only one waitress covering both the dining area and reception, while the chef was also clearing plates as well as cooking. Both staff members worked incredibly hard and remained friendly and professional throughout the queues certainly weren’t their fault. However, there were simply too many guests for two people to manage, which resulted in long waits for food and a backlog at breakfast time. That said, the rest of our stay was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast itself was lovely once we received it, and we really appreciated how hard the staff worked in difficult circumstances. With a bit more staffing during busy periods, the experience would have been even better.

酒店确实预告了一台落地扇,确实有帮助,但即使有落地扇,窗户也开着,晚上还是很热。不过可以想象夏天以外的地方会很舒适。停车场不错,不需要在接待处确认停车位。我的房间有浴缸,真好
