Very nice breakfast great for families and hats off to chef Cam for a lovely cooked breakfast will come back for more in the future

Rory and Bobby went above and beyond to see that we had an excellent experience. There was a slight issue with one of the orders . But absolutely delivered on a resolution. Burgers were top quality. Thank you to you both for making our experience a great one .

Dinner was okay, restaurant was very quiet but standard premier inn stuff, limited menu due to some changes which is fine. Breakfast was shocking. No toaster so had to order it. The toast came out 10 minutes before the hot food did. I don’t remember asking for it as a starter. Then asked for fresh toast which. Y the time that arrived the rest of my food was cold. the server was terrible not welcoming and didn’t really care.

Booked this hotel to visit nearby friends. What a brilliant find. Quiet and peaceful setting. Amazing and friendly staff. Lovely freshly cooked food. Lauren in the hotel bar was amazingly cheerful, helpful and friendly. Shall certainly stay again as good links to the main roads through to Dover and up to London

Newly refurbished rooms offer a fresh look to the premier inn. The restaurant had a new menu launch and it is much much better than previous experiences. A very all-round improvement overall. Would highly recommend.

Rooms very good and have a nice stay but not allow to take any guests that I'm willing to pay for for breakfast. That is the only premier inn that don't allow guests.

There was a long wait for the meal to be served, even though the restaurant was very quiet at the time. The food was poorly cooked, particularly the bacon that had probably been cooked a lot earlier and kept warm, such that it had dried out. The poached egg had probably broken when being cooked and most of the yolk was missing when served. Generally the meal was poorly presented and was not hot. The continental selection was ok.
