Location good but sign posting for car park poor. Bedrooms fairly standard but don’t even bother trying to eat here the service was beyond slow - nearly 2 hours and no food. We only ordered starters. Staff doing their best but woefully under resourced and poorly trained.

My experience at the hotel was exceptional — and that was all thanks to Dominica. She was an absolute legend in every way, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine energy completely elevated my stay.Dominica handled every detail with care and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such warmth and personality, but she did it effortlessly. Because of her, what could’ve been an ordinary visit turned into something truly memorable.If every staff member brought even half of Dominica’s dedication and enthusiasm, every guest would leave smiling. She’s a credit to the team and the hotel as a whole.

总的来说服务非常好，员工也很友善，我很满意。
显然，付费酒吧客人优先于酒店客人。等了20分钟才办理入住，吧台后面只有一名工作人员在服务那些在我们目光接触后才到的客人。我伴侣的服务员要求服务，他却以“只是提供点饮料，亲爱的，几分钟后就来”为由拒绝了。我告诉他这不行，结果却没有提供任何解决方案。房间里备用枕套的密封条坏了。停车场简直是灾难，不适合停放高价车。小心！！我再也不打算来了。
我预订了中午提前入住，花了15英镑。房间还没准备好，我们直到12:30才入住，这让我们不得不匆忙准备，下午1点就赶到婚礼场地。没有退款。进房间的时候，厕所很脏，非常不舒服。管理层对此处理得并不令人满意。
周日早上的经理和工作人员都非常好，非常随和、乐于助人，办理入住手续的接待员也是如此，但不幸的是，我们的住宿被房间里可怕的气味毁了，卧室的气味非常难闻，一打开门就扑面而来，浴室的气味更糟，气味一直没有散去，我们以为它可能会散去，但不幸的是并没有。我们在预订时并不知道我们房间的窗户打不开，墙上有一个标志告知我们这一点，因为在五月的一个炎热的周末，房间里不仅气味难闻，而且热得令人难以置信，我们有两个晚上都睡得不好，如果房间里有某种冷却系统可能会好一些，但这里只有暖气，在夏天根本没用。我们住的第一晚之后，房间没有打扫，毛巾没有换，杯子也没有换，用过的茶和咖啡也没有更换。总而言之，这是一次非常令人失望的住宿体验。酒店已经客满，没有其他房间。虽然外面的走廊也有一股怪味，但我不确定换房间是否有帮助。我们选择Premier酒店是因为这类酒店通常干净、舒适、价格实惠。可惜的是，这个周末的花费不菲，唯一可以弥补的是我们白天要离开房间参加各种活动，所以只能忍受在臭气熏天的房间里度过夜晚。
酒店位置优越，距离梅德斯通市中心仅几步之遥。 优点：工作人员的友善和可用性。 非常愉快 ！ 可以停车，但需要付费（而且比广告上说的更贵：按每晚 12 英镑计算）。 早餐丰盛且品种丰富，房间宽敞舒适（我们四人，住了两个房间）。 但是....餐厅里的空调很冷（而且不可能逃脱），最重要的是，房间里的窗户完全不可能打开。 这显然是新建的Premier Inns或翻新的酒店的政策。 我觉得这很不舒服……我们至少可以留一个小开口。 这意味着你必须开空调（有点吵）或者不开空调……房间就会变得很热。 此外，这意味着除了卧室门之外没有出口。 这是唯一真正的负面影响，但它确实困扰着我。
