Great location, right next door to the Yorkshire Outlet. Clean, comfy beds & lovely staff. Try to stay in the main building, there are building works going on at the moment.

Lovely receptionist ( mandira). Easy access from motorway easy shopping and food halls. Warm and friendly. Nice food in beefeater

Great service at Premier Inn Doncaster Lakeside today - fast, efficient and friendly. Particular thanks to Natala who was particularly helpful.

酒店房间太恶心了，苍蝇成群。我们被告知没有房间可以换，但在我们大吵大闹之后，我们于 12:00 被换到了另一间苍蝇成群的房间。显然，死苍蝇粘在牛奶盒上是这家酒店可以接受的标准。第二天没有工作人员可以投诉，所以我们得到的回复显然只是 32 英镑的善意表示。Premier Inn 的客户服务根本不存在，我再也不会住在这些肮脏的酒店了。
住宿体验很棒。房间非常舒适，前台的 Mandica 特别出色，在酒店人很多的情况下，她还帮我们安排了提前入住。她到酒吧来找我们，告诉我们她有房间。她绝对是酒店的一笔财富。
接待员非常友好。非常乐于助人，非常热情。帮助我们提前入住。无可挑剔。房间非常干净整洁，宽敞。提供干净的床上用品和毛巾。床非常舒适，提供备用枕头。
