This hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel, but in reality it should most definitely be a 5 star hotel. From reception staff, all way through bar staff/animation staff & the life guards, they really do make this place a wonderful place to be with your family. The food is amazing and there is more than enough choice for everyone morning, noon & night, especially for the fussy eaters. The hotel and it's surroundings are continously being cleaned. The lads inside who do excursions never hound or annoy you, but imo, interact with them as they go above & beyond for everyone. There is an onsite nurse here which is a big help when needed, especially for minor things which can save you from going to the doctors. This hotel has its own waterpark/spa & indoor pool along with its own part of a private beach where you can grab sun loungers while you sip an ice cold drink on the beach or eat at their club house which looks out onto it. There is many games and plenty of activities for your & your children to do which are all super fun and also included in your package (apart from the spa, but treat yourself as you won't be disappointed). Every single night there is something different planned for the evening entertainment. Entertainment each night never ever failed! This place literally everything that you need onsite so you don't need too leave the place if you didn't want too venture out. Again, to the animation team & bar staff, from the bottom of my Irish heart, I thank you all so very much for making mine & my families holiday a holiday we won't ever forget. If you are looking for a family all inclusive look no further. The location is fantastic, there is a water-park on site with slides, smaller water area for smaller people, one large swimming pool which was so warm it was like getting into a bath, you walk past all of these and there you have it in about a one minute walk away you are on the hotels private beach, with snack bar and bar. This place was so clean and the staff were so friendly. We had adjoining rooms that were serviced everyday. There were no drunken antics or people falling around We felt very safe all doing our own thing. I visited the on site spa when I was there. I went for skin scrub and massage but got hydro therapy also. The session lasted almost 2 hours for a cost of about €78 , well worth it. All inclusive buffet was unreal and had something for everyone. The bar at the hotel had all the drinks (local) that were perfectly fine. The beach bar when we were there had only beers, soft drinks wine and coffee but I am sure they have a full bar later in the season. No rush for sunbeds, there are plenty of them. Shops are onsite to get bits and bobs. Unusually for me, I never left the grounds all week and I was very happy. Only downside the electrical sockets in our room (363) were in bad condition but next door (361) the adjoining room they were fine. Air conditioning in both rooms worked really well. in a nutshell we had never been to Tunisia before but we had such a good time. Airport on the way back is a bit of a pain, they scan your bags after collecting them on way out of airport and on your return journey they scan them again before you go through airport ( that is all your bags, the security scans are then done separately after you have checked in all your luggage). All the holiday was done through TUI (Ireland App ) Flights included the 20kg checked in bags and further 10kg hand luggage each. Random seat allocation included - but we paid an extra €10 e/w to sit together and hotel transfers. I would 100% recommend this hotel, especially for families Thank You Venus Beach for a lovely holiday.
我们非常喜欢2024年7月的入住体验，并决定在2025年再次光临。这又是一次难忘的经历，酒店团队和员工都非常细心周到：- Slah先生、Ali和前台团队热情友好、细致周到、专业敬业，始终致力于让顾客满意；- Coralia经理Asma及其团队热情友善、乐于助人，他们非常关心客人的健康和安全，尤其是孩子们（我们的女儿当时快8岁了）；- 餐饮经理Walid先生总是以他极具感染力的幽默感确保我们满意；早餐和午餐的主厨Hmida，以及在餐厅热情周到的Mourad和Sinan，确保我们不仅享用了美味多样的自助餐，还度过了愉快的时光；- 水疗中心的Rym和她的团队，特别是按摩师Latifa，她技艺精湛；- ……总之，Slah先生的所有团队都非常棒。酒店总经理瓦利德·本·罗姆达内非常细心周到，随时都能联系到他。我们的房间非常宽敞、安静且干净（要特别感谢笑容满面的清洁人员），水上乐园也很大。水中有氧操的教练非常棒，莉莉的拉伸和瑜伽课也同样精彩。沙滩很美，下午会有一些海藻，但这并不影响游泳。和今年夏天地中海沿岸几乎所有地方一样，我们也遇到了水母——虽然令人印象深刻，但并不危险。2024年提到的缺点依然存在：酒店娱乐团队的负责人不太注重顾客满意度，甚至在客人面前对团队成员态度有些生硬。他的助手仍然会在晚上大声主持泳池游戏、宾果游戏和抽奖活动，这些活动持续时间过长，而且很少能按时完成，尽管这些活动的质量不错。对于忙碌了一天后很快就会感到无聊和疲惫的小朋友来说，这实在令人遗憾。泳池边的躺椅依然抢手，一大早就有人铺好毛巾占位，而他们的主人往往要到下午游览结束后才会回来。虽然这种行为确实不太体贴，酒店也无需为此负责，但如果工作人员能过一段时间没收这些毛巾就更好了，尤其是在酒店明确规定禁止“占位”的情况下。总之，我们并不后悔再次入住，说不定今年还会再来一次，谁知道呢！
在这家酒店住了 3 天，这里有顶级的员工、优秀的艺人、多样而美味的食物、非常干净的房间、干净的游泳池和许多滑梯……值得记住
