The first thing to say is that the price was surprisingly good. With Premier you are usually guaranteed a certain standard of comfort and cleanliness and this visit was up to the usual standard. The location was easy to get to heading north out of Ashford and had on-site parking and the Beefeater pub next door. The room was large and well equipped and the cleanliness was excellent. The bed was very comfortable which is probably the most important aspect. There was a large tv and free Wifi. Check-in and check-out was easy. We had a meal in the pub in the evening and breakfast the following morning which was resonably priced, the food options and quality were good as was the service. I would recommend this Premier Inn.

Have used this hotel many times when going on short breaks to Europe using the Chunnel and have found it excellent for a rest on both travelling to France and then on the way back home

Always have an amazing stay at Ashford North & the 2 Mandy’s are so friendly, helpful & sweet. The food at the adjacent Beefeater is great & all the staff are friendly & accommodating.

Location was perfect we visited Ashford Shopping centre, friendly atmosphere. The room we had was a family room, very clean with comfortable beds. It was a bit noisy in the morning as we were downstairs and the people above us you could hear them walking about. Receptionists were very friendly especially Anne. The cat was sleeping on the stairs, so glad it’s still ok.

Ihave tried all the hotels in Ashford premier inns and found this one the best lovely reception people very helpful the food was absolutely spot on and the meals are very good and found it so friendly will definitely give this one a 5 star thanks for a lovely 3 day stay George R

Stayed here with the family Enroute to Disney, exactly what we needed for an overnight stop, good location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and nice restaurant next door

Found the pillows a bit too hard for my liking. Very clean room. 3 beds in family room.. 1 double 2 singles. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Lovely comfy bed. Fan in bathroom very loud. Overall good clean comfy roo.
