I have been staying here quite regularly only the last couple of months, including Christmas. The staff remember each visit. They ask how things are in my life. They are fantastic nothing is too much for them. Thank you Mandy Ian and Amanda. The rooms are comfortable, and spacious.

I booked the hotel using the free Breakfast package which I have used before it is very competitive.we attended the hotel at book in we met a very helpful lady who was excellent by way of her attention and understanding. However I found out at this booking in time we could nit upgrade our meal deal with the cost of Nreakfastbtaken off which we experienced previously,this was a shock as the receptionist advised other customers had said the same, seems this could not be changed and we had to pay the full cost of the iohwrwdr if we anted that deal. We dined at the beefeater, we were served by Sheila S who was superb! Very friendly and explained what was available in great detail, also nothig was any trouble .we whatsoever, thank you. Our meal of fish and chips and turf and surf was most enjoyable. It’s a shame that our confusion over the enhanced package. Cost set the scene at the start, but Sheila S was a credit to the Beefeater, thank you.

The first thing to say is that the price was surprisingly good. With Premier you are usually guaranteed a certain standard of comfort and cleanliness and this visit was up to the usual standard. The location was easy to get to heading north out of Ashford and had on-site parking and the Beefeater pub next door. The room was large and well equipped and the cleanliness was excellent. The bed was very comfortable which is probably the most important aspect. There was a large tv and free Wifi. Check-in and check-out was easy. We had a meal in the pub in the evening and breakfast the following morning which was resonably priced, the food options and quality were good as was the service. I would recommend this Premier Inn.

Have used this hotel many times when going on short breaks to Europe using the Chunnel and have found it excellent for a rest on both travelling to France and then on the way back home

Always have an amazing stay at Ashford North & the 2 Mandy’s are so friendly, helpful & sweet. The food at the adjacent Beefeater is great & all the staff are friendly & accommodating.
