What a delightful place!! The hotel staff had great Bants on check in and you were made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Rooms are lovely and fresh especially like the new cups for coffee. The star of the show was Leah in the pub. Even opened it 20 mins early for us and she was a delight!! So chatty and welcoming what a lovely young lady and a credit to the company. Then Ali came to deal with our food and even offered table service and looked after is brilliantly. All in all a nice play to stay but made by the team!

Absaloutely exceptional service, the moment we walked into the establishment we were met by some lovely people on the front desk ready with the banter and th positive attitude. When going to our hotel room it was as clean as a whistle and came with everything you could ever think of. Not a bad location for a primer inn but not the greatest. To top the customer service off we wanted to go into the premier inn resturant connected to the branch and we were met with a locked door, our group went to the front desk and was told it doesn’t open until 5 o’clock however one worker called Leah an absaloutely wonderful hostess went above and beyond and offered to open the resturant early without any hesitation along with the master chef. If it wasn’t for Leah we would not have left this review, what a great atmosphere she created and such a good experience in which she played a vital part in.

We went on the 10th Feb and had a 1 night stay. We asked for a ground floor and no problems got one . It was very clean and the bed so comfy . All the staff were lovely and so helpful . We had dinner there and all I can say is the lady in the restaurant was amazing . Even the chef was hands onhelping out front of house so good team work by all . Bonus was extra tea coffee etc you could get anytime on your own so wasent constantly asking for anything . Bus stop outside so very convenient. Will definitely recommend and go back . Thank you for a lovely stay .

Went with my husband and 2 children arrived a but later in the evening and the lady on reception we happy to see us and chatty. After we checked in and went to the room the 2 children's beds was not set up. We went to reception to tell them and the lady couldn't apologise enough. She made up a room on the ground floor so we didn't have to go up again and gave us complimentary breakfast. The next morning the same lady was on breakfast and was so kind, chatting to us and our children, she even printed off little certificates for them to say well done for eating so much breakfast and good behaviour in the restaurant. We asked her name and she told us Jasmine and she's an asset to the hotel. Slept well and the hotel was nice except the room got very hot and couldn't open the windows.
