I stayed here on business and was greeted by the lovely Irena and her lovely smile. I had an evening meal and a full English breakfast before setting off. When I returned home I realised I had left my toiletry bag in my room. I phoned the hotel and again was lucky enough to get to speak to Irena again. She confirmed it had been found and handed in by the cleaners and offered to get it sent to me if I sent them a pre-paid envelope. However, as I knew I would be in the area in early January, I called to collect it. Again I was greeted by the smiling face of Irena who located my toiletry bag and returned it to me. She even allowed me to use the toilet facility as I was desperate to go after a 3 hour drive and two coffees on my trip. Great service and good food. It really makes a difference after a long journey to be greeted by a smiling face and a warm welcome, which Irena gave me on both my visits.

As a frequent traveller both at home and abroad, I'm happy to say the welcome we received at the reception was friendly helpful and polite, unlike so many hotels we've been to, didn't catch the young man's name but he was very good and made conversation and looked interested in you and listened. Room was clean and tidy, bed firm but very comfy, bathroom and shower good, could hear next door as walls not that thick but wasn't too distracting. Slept well. Breakfast next morning was average, there was everything available both cold and hot, the cooked items weren't the best, some overcooked, bland sausage, hash brown and mushrooms, bacon and eggs only decent things. Despite the above, for the reasonable price we paid I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, probably skip the brekkie and go and find somewhere else. Btw all the members of staff were very nice and happy to help.

Stayed in room 49 we was very disappointed with this room it had a strong smell of damp the floor in the bathroom is spongey looks like there as been a flood in it sometime, as there is a tide mark on the bath panel the fittings are rusty and no heating. The room itself is dated it was very cold on checking the heater it was broken, called reception we received a heater straight away, staff very helpful and friendly we had the best night's sleep if we could have taken that mattress home we would have, breakfast was good quality and value for money, would stay there again but not in that room.

we have stayed here many times before but it has changed.We booked and paid for breakfast for two mornings but on both occasions we were not on the list so had to show our receipt. The room for eating is so small and you are like sardines when it's busy

This hotel is in definite need of some TLC. Very old and tired. Minor but noticeable issues like cracked or damaged wallpaper, and one or two dirty mugs. Issues seem to be down to management. Rooms don't have many amenities (e.g. minifridge or phone), but do have good, comfy beds. The breakfast is very good in terms of selection and quality, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Special mention must go to Debbie who cheerfully went above and beyond to meet my needs - was able to resettle me at short notice after I was booked into a room very far away and was unable to walk due to my leg. Thank you, Debbie!

Absolutely disgusting run down damp smelly hell hole. How premier bosses have not closed this place is beyond me I stay at premier hotels every week this is definitely the worst I have ever experienced.

Debbie the receptionist set very high standards with her caring efficient warm welcome. The room was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable and the pre booked and purchased breakfast was excellent. Contrary to our original intentions we decided to also have an evening meal at the hotel. This was readily organised by Debbie in a very warm, understanding way complete with a lovely smile. Whilst understandably the menu was limited it did cater for all requirements and great care was taken to ascertain if we had any allergies. The freshly cooked food was quite acceptable.

My family and I met here and stayed the night after travelling a very long way for a funeral in Hereford . We were extremely tired when we arrived and the staff were smiley and efficient booking us in . Other members of the family had easily travelled by cab into Hereford for food which they really enjoyed . We were too tired and there wasn’t really anything but a cafe kind of room At the premier to eat or drink . Our room did look abit dated but they are what they are . The bathroom Had a clinical smell to it but you can’t say it wasn’t clean . In the morning again the staff were smiling and helpful , more family turned up and they were able to go in and get breakfast with us and there was plenty of seating and it was a very nice cosy relaxing atmosphere . Chef was working hard to cater for un expected extras but we all eat well with plenty of coffee .
