Kindly asked to be upgraded to King (over double) …said no “it’s already set in system now “ hmmmm

This place was a wonderful, reasonably priced surprise! The property was very clean, both the air-conditioning and clock were working when we arrived, and the room was already comfortable, and did not have to be cooled down. The shower was easy to run and I always appreciate environmentally conscious places that do not use 100 plastic little bottles of soap, and shampoo. Best of all… The workout room was spotless, and all the machines actually worked! The cherry on top… Both check in and check out staff were lovely.

Room was okay, clean but well used. The bed was awful. Like sleeping on a rock. Woke up in so much pain. Not that I slept much because it was so uncomfortable.

酒店很干净，员工也很友好！但我觉得体验很糟糕，昨天我预订了酒店，结果把日期订错了。我当时就联系了酒店，希望能改到当天入住。我又重新预订了昨天的房间，并请求酒店取消之前那份订单，但酒店拒绝了。我知道这是我的错，但我也有充分的理由，而且我在发现日期错误后立刻就取消了，并马上重新预订了。我不会再选择这家酒店了！
房间又好又干净。我们入住的时候酒店正在施工（做石膏板工程），大堂有些灰尘，但没有影响我们的住宿体验。如果再来这个地区，我们还会选择住在这里。
