As far as premier inn hotels go this hotel was really nice. I was greeted by a lady called Sue who was very professional and helpful especially with my room and restaurant booking. She made check-in very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Food was good and everything was available on the menu. Sleep was good and room was clean.

Lovely people, clean and well run hotel. Breakfast was okay and staff were also great. I would thoroughly recommend. Atmosphere was good.

brilliant reception staff, clean hotel and rooms, beds are very comfy, never had an issue out of all the times i’ve stayed here
多年来，我每次在 Creamfields 音乐节的筹备和休息期间都会住在这家顶级酒店。今年我发现自己需要住更长时间，大约 9 天。前台的两位好心女士 Amy 和 Emma 在我入住期间给予了我无微不至的帮助。她们的客户服务真的非常出色，她们友好的举止让我这么长时间的离家生活更加愉快。特别感谢她们。
房间里的窗户打不开，空调也不能正常工作，所以房间里非常闷热。窗帘上有洞，所以早晨的阳光可以透过洞照进来，早餐很乱，从被告知没有桌子到一半的桌子都是空的，再到等了很长时间才点餐和收到食物。
工作人员非常友好和专业，对他们来说没有什么是太过分的，房间打扫得很干净，不能再要求更多了，绝对会推荐并再次入住这里
接待和清洁人员都很友好。可惜的是，隔音效果几乎为零，楼上房间的所有噪音都能听到，尤其是孩子们跑来跑去的时候。我们忍受了一段时间，但超过晚上10点就完全没用了。我告诉接待人员，他们说会敲门让他们安静。但没用，因为孩子毕竟是孩子，他们总是吵闹，尤其是在假期。酒店的问题在于隔音效果差。如果你想保证晚上睡个好觉，最好不要住这家酒店。
暖气片/加热器坏了。是不是旋钮没电了？？？我晚上洗完澡后感觉很冷，不得不在浴室里穿衣服。热水淋浴水流很小，我不得不冲了好几次马桶。
