The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the area was pleasant. I’d happily recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, we went to the main reception with our cases and coats, etc., parked the car outside and struggled in, to be told we were in the building the other side of the pub, so we had to walk there in the pouring rain and go to our room them, plus move the car. The room was good, clean and comfortable, bathroom was adequate and the parking under the rooms protected the car from the frost and torrential rain! Staff were helpful and put the car registration into the parking app (we were carrying, coats, bags and presents). Both breakfast and evening meals in the pub were good with very helpful staff. We will be back but leave things in the car before we check in!

Very pleasant & helpful staff. Excellent meal deal which includes evening dinner & breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

多年来，我每次在 Creamfields 音乐节的筹备和休息期间都会住在这家顶级酒店。今年我发现自己需要住更长时间，大约 9 天。前台的两位好心女士 Amy 和 Emma 在我入住期间给予了我无微不至的帮助。她们的客户服务真的非常出色，她们友好的举止让我这么长时间的离家生活更加愉快。特别感谢她们。
房间里的窗户打不开，空调也不能正常工作，所以房间里非常闷热。窗帘上有洞，所以早晨的阳光可以透过洞照进来，早餐很乱，从被告知没有桌子到一半的桌子都是空的，再到等了很长时间才点餐和收到食物。
工作人员非常友好和专业，对他们来说没有什么是太过分的，房间打扫得很干净，不能再要求更多了，绝对会推荐并再次入住这里
接待和清洁人员都很友好。可惜的是，隔音效果几乎为零，楼上房间的所有噪音都能听到，尤其是孩子们跑来跑去的时候。我们忍受了一段时间，但超过晚上10点就完全没用了。我告诉接待人员，他们说会敲门让他们安静。但没用，因为孩子毕竟是孩子，他们总是吵闹，尤其是在假期。酒店的问题在于隔音效果差。如果你想保证晚上睡个好觉，最好不要住这家酒店。
暖气片/加热器坏了。是不是旋钮没电了？？？我晚上洗完澡后感觉很冷，不得不在浴室里穿衣服。热水淋浴水流很小，我不得不冲了好几次马桶。
