Lovely stay! Rooms immaculate, breakfast very nice which was a nice new touch. A big shoutout to Amy, very welcoming, friendly and engaged in conversation. She even went out of her way to give us beers and a chocolate bar! A credit to the business, thank you Amy.

Our worst trip ever because the room was freezing. Why in winter was the heating nt working and had not been checked before we went in

The Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was as you expect with Premier Inns. However, we experienced significant noise disturbance from the room above both at night and in the morning. We don't believe it was the other guests being noisy just poor sound insulation to avoid the feeling that elephants were above us as they walked around!

The hotel room was adaequate and the beds comfortable. THe breakfast service was terrible both days, the chef was overwhelemd by the number of guests having breakfast.

Arrived at the hotel and it was clean and tidy and the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. The breakfast was really nice and hot and plenty of it. Plenty of parking and it was good value

Stayed 1 night in December 25 Good - easy check in, clean room, good size tv in room, did not use restaurant at neighbouring linked pub to comment, good location close to Nantwich town centre Bad - communal areas are tired and strange beige colour in corridors, room felt low rent

工作人员非常棒，竭尽全力提供帮助。非常友好和热情。酒店内设有充足的免费停车位。房间大小合适，但墙壁需要注意很多脏痕迹。毛巾只够一个人用。迎宾托盘里只有两杯茶和两杯咖啡。浴室还可以，但有点旧。没有每天打扫的房间应该每天打扫，而不是留给客人要求打扫。在底楼的房间住了几个晚上，但楼上走廊的噪音令人不安，可以听到每一个脚步声。无线网络无法使用。由于几个吵闹的家庭在凌晨登记入住，一晚的睡眠被破坏了。现场酒吧价格昂贵，所以不得不在塞恩斯伯里餐厅吃饭。注意到房间和走廊的地毯上有一些污渍，需要深度清洁。我会再次留在这里吗？
