We visited this hotel for new year! We had a fun packed evening planned at gullivers world and oh did we have fun! Check in was smooth and was greeted by a lovely smile and a friendly greeting! The room was lovely and clean our little girl loves hotels and she enjoyed her stayed. We also booked breakfast for the morning, arriving into the restaurant we were greeted by Pam lovely welcome and was informed how the buffet style breakfast worked, can I just say Pam was just excellent she gave our little girl a little treat and her manners and services was just perfect! Just a little negative the buffet food was a little cold maybe adding a microwave in the restaurant would be good so people could warm the food up, but due to the service we received from Pam this didn’t put a damper on our overall experience

Great location room was big with plenty of space for the family. Breakfast was brilliant free for the children and greeted by a lovely lady Pam. Very welcoming and food tasty !!

来观看利物浦的比赛并决定留下来过夜，而不是赛后长途跋涉回到韦茅斯。我们绝对选择了最好的住宿地点。房间很漂亮，床很舒服，客户服务也非常出色。特别值得一提的是纳丁和阿吉，他们非常可爱！我们到达时他们给了 Kaiden（我 9 岁的儿子）糖果，当我们比赛回来时他们留下了一张纸条，上面有更多零食。这些女士绝对是这家酒店的资产。非常感谢你们让我儿子的第一场比赛记忆变得格外特别！我们100%会再次留在这里！谢谢你！！
在这里过夜，我的伴侣观看了利物浦的比赛，我们从康沃尔到达的时间比预期早得多（上午 10 点），接待员很可爱，很乐意适应我们提前到达的情况，并为我们提供了房间，让我们在一天开始前小睡一会儿！开车前往安菲尔德/市中心很方便，房间非常干净！

相当标准的Premier Inn酒店——有充足的停车位，登记入住效率高，房间干净。我很乐意再次入住。 Brewers Fayre 就在隔壁，驱车片刻即可到达其他美食选择。早上，后面的房间可能会听到隔壁院子里的一些噪音。
当我与接待处交谈时，没有找到充电器。很难错过充电器，他们不打扫房间吗？它留在主桌上，插着电源，当我与接待处的工作人员交谈时没有帮助，显然那里发生了一些事情。
