Very comfy room, newly refurbished. Tea and coffee provided in room, and additional supplies plus hot chocolate available from reception. Had a lovely night's sleep and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Full cooked breakfast in the Swan next door. Highly recommend.

Stayed here overnight due to work commitments. Women who welcomed me was so lovely and let me check in a little early, which was lovely as a lone woman traveler, it was cold outside and i didnt know the area. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was in The Swan bar/restaurant next door and it is lovely.

Had a very relaxing stay as passing through for business, just what we needed. Lovely new refurbishment, staff very attentive, professional and a pleasure to deal with . Will definitely stay again as we have to travel through Warrington every couple of months . Will also recommend to our other colleagues.

We arrived just after midnight 17th/18th October and my wife went to the vending machine to get a water (£2.70) which unfortunately wasn't cold. The member of staff was very apologetic even though it was probably a third party machine but then went out of her was to give my wife one of the bottles of water whe had brought to work for herself. So thank you.

Looks lovely in there picture, staff at reception were very pleasant, just a shame that the facilities for drinks in the room were restricted, breakfast was limited as they didn't have full English breakfast,
这家酒店有点老旧了，我们房间的窗帘和窗帘杆都有损坏。房间用的是传统钥匙（不是门卡），也没有USB充电口，现在这种配置挺少见的了。不过，酒店非常干净，也很安静。床特别舒服，淋浴水压也很足。总的来说，这个价格住到这样的酒店还是很不错的。
