Had to spend one night here, only 6 miles from home, due to some pipework being carried out on our house. Can tell anyone staying here that it is central to both bridges over the River Mersey to get to North Wales or "The Wirral",on a retail park with plenty of big name shops and restaurants and entertainment venues. Plenty of free parking space. Having stayed in a fair few "Premier Inns"in the past, this one seems to have larger roomspace than the rest.Same cleanliness and facilities, comfy beds, nice bright bathroom,tea/coffee making facility,t.v.,desk,hanging space for clothes.

This Premier inn is one of our favourite places to stay, we are always made to feel so welcome by all the staff. We mainly stay over a weekend and there is a lady on called Dee she honestly is so helpful and if we need anything she will go out of her way to help us she is a credit to Premier inn . We always find the rooms very clean which is credit to the cleaners, it has a pub across the road from the hotel if you need breakfast or evening meal. We find this hotel great for visiting Liverpool or even Cheshire Oaks and the hotel has plenty of parking many thanks I'm sure we will be back soon Pat and Jon

I've stayed at this Premier Inn a few times with no problems however when I stayed a few months ago (on the top floor) the room smelt of cigarettes it was awful. This time I was on the ground floor and the room was so hot when I walked in. I turned the temperature down to 17 (the lowest it would go) but it was just so hot all night I barely slept. The windows are sealed shut. Thank goodness it was February and not August. The place does need a refurb. There is plenty of free parking and a pub opposite for breakfast. Unfortunately I won't be staying here again until they have a refurb and sort the aircon out.

We booked this hotel as we was visiting family near by but also wanted to be close to liverpool. The hotel was run down but also a start of a refurb (wasn't told via internet) price was quite expensive for what we got. Lots of drilling and banging around about 9am (didn't bother us as we was going out...) However bed was super uncomfortable, the heater/aircon was super loud! Toliet seat was broken, room was small for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was luke warm and sides/table and cutlery was dirty, old cereal all on the floor trodden in. Heating was broken in brewers 1st and 3rd day so was wearing coats when eating breakfast. I cannot say one good thing about this hotel except location. Avoid!!

5 stars for hotel 3 stars for restaurant reception, 5 stars for food. Arrived at virtually empty restaurant to be told they had no tables and what tables they did have were made up for breakfast. We were asked to squeeze on to a family table of 7! We said we rather not disturb them and asked to sit on one the empty tables, the receptionist seemed irritable as if this was going to be too much trouble. We explained to her that we would put the sauce bottles back on the table when we finished. If there had been other restaurants in a short walk, we would have left but the weather was awful. It was quite obvious we were upsetting her routine. With some reluctance, maybe even a huff, the were shown to a table. It did seem a long time before she came back! It wasn’t until I asked a chap walking past with someone else’s order that he told us we have to order at the bar! Would have been nice to know. We were glad we persevered, the food came out quickly and was really good. The chap who took the order and served the table was polite, helpful and courteous. Astonishingly, a group of 8-10 older gentlemen came in as we began to eat and they were told the same thing…no tables! They reacted as we did. A debate about whether they should stay or go ensued and eventually they were shown a table. If this had been 22:30 all of this would have made sense. I would thought having a captive audience would have been what the restaurant wanted. Assuming 12 people would spend roughly £20-25/head, that’s a lot of money that could have walked out the door. And there I was reading the retail trade are having a tough time. Strange.
很不错,环境也好
酒店干净整洁,非常适合我们的活动地点,价格也很合适。
