Had to spend one night here, only 6 miles from home, due to some pipework being carried out on our house. Can tell anyone staying here that it is central to both bridges over the River Mersey to get to North Wales or "The Wirral",on a retail park with plenty of big name shops and restaurants and entertainment venues. Plenty of free parking space. Having stayed in a fair few "Premier Inns"in the past, this one seems to have larger roomspace than the rest.Same cleanliness and facilities, comfy beds, nice bright bathroom,tea/coffee making facility,t.v.,desk,hanging space for clothes.

Location was good for us. Our room was ready on arrival but was told if we wanted to check in, it would cost us £15 we were 1 hourly early. Our friends got here 20mins early and was told the same. We were told that some charge some don't. The room was a little dated. The bath/shower was slippy getting out. The bath is quite high to get out of. Need more grab rails. Air con kept turning itself off so we woken up in a stuffy room. No air. As we couldn't open windows. The bed was not the comfiest for a premier inn room. I wouldn't rush back to stay there. No glasses in the room only cups. Very disappointed

I can't fault it in any way. And I've been here four weeks in a row. It's in an ideal location for me as it's half way between Liverpool and Manchester. The bed is super comfy. Jamie and Jane are very polite and always there if you need them. And the staff are lovely over at the bar/breakfast area. Thumbs up from me!

Easy booking, friendly staff, clean rooms. Extra tea/coffee available in the foyer. Nice breakfast next door at Brewers Fayre. Plenty of parking available.
很不错,环境也好
酒店干净整洁,非常适合我们的活动地点,价格也很合适。
Best hotel ever . Staff so nice and helpful and way access to the city x
