Staff were lovely on arrival. Breakfast was great and served by a young lady named Laura,she was very helpful and dedicated to her job.

I arrived late 10:30pm and was greeted with a warm friendly reception from Ann . We had a giggle about my name Sue as I didn’t book it , I had told Ann about the day and why I came to be here and she showed genuine empathy and compassion, the conversation was compassionate and genuine, Ann was exemplary and professional told me about the facilities and explained everything I needed to know . The rooms are fantastic it’s not a prem+ but not far off ! Very well equipped and comfortable Very clean !! Thank you very much Ann after such a tragic set of circumstances brought me here it was made just that bit better by your warm friendly welcome to Warrington.

Does what it says on the tin Negative is the road works going on at junction next to the hotel at the moment Rooms are basic but functional Cooked breakfast was bit greasy

This is an excellent Premier Inn, definitely recommend and would stay here again. Everything you expect from a Premier Inn, but notably our room (not a Premier plus room) was clean and modern, staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was good. Rooms are quiet even though it's just off a main road, we slept absolutely fine. No noise at all. Bathrooms only have showers (no baths) but we knew this in advance and its not a problem for us. Breakfast is served in the hotel (not the Toby Carvery next door) and hot food is cooked to order, so ends up much better than when its kept warm on a buffet. Overall really pleased with our stay. An excellent hotel for a family trip at a good price.
