It was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful and we will stay there again when we are in the area.

Some rooms are better than others the linen is stained the coffee pot was not cleaned it had coffee grinds all in it and the place smells like pot around the other rooms

Difficulty and not able to log on to WiFI. The TV was complicated to operate. Good size refrigerator but the main area was set too cold and froze my food. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Location was good to access the park but there was limited to no dining nearby. Confused on the billing. Asked for a receipt and owner said I would get it thru *******. Never received that. The receipt printed out showed a different amount than on my confirmation email. Not sure why his was much lower.

Nice, quiet motel
This was a pleasant surprise. The gentlemen at the front desk was pley and helpful suggesting possible places to eat.
While there are long term residents at this facility, the facility is very clean.
Our room was very clean, and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable and the showers large, hot and good water pressure.
I would recommend this place for a quick overnight stop.

Our door did not seal...you could see a good ***** of daylight around it. Room was very plain. Everything needed some updating. Neighboring area was very rural and poorly kept. It looked like people lived in these units.

I am not sure what you mean by plain as all of the rooms are equipped with two refrigerators, brand new pull out sofas, which by the way are cleaned daily, cable tv with over six hundred channels, brand new pillowtop mattresses, etc. Yes this is a very small town but we love it. The residents of High Falls GA are just hard working country people who love the small town life. We take pride in the fact that our attitudes and lifestyles do not reflect those who dwell in higher populated cities. We strive to maintain the "Mayberry" comfort of family and safety as our number one priorities. Thanks for the review.

Very prompt and customer service was great! Place has a little age, but very well maintained! Room was clean and the shower did not stop up as most places do!

It was a community type atmosphere like if you just arrive home and your neighbors where out and greeted you when you arrived
