Stayed at this hotel on the 28th December just for one night with my wife. Got there a bit early, but unfortunately couldn’t check in as they had busy departures from the night before, but our room was ready as they stated at 3pm, the receptionist was pleasant and we were greeted with a smile. The room was pretty much as I expected from a Premier inn a spacious clean and tidy room with tv, tea/coffee facilities, and a large bed. We went out for dinner to meet up with my family, got back to the hotel at 9am and this was the only draw back for us the bar at the adjoining pub was closed. So we had to go elsewhere to round our evening off. Next morning we had breakfast and that was pretty good. All in all we did enjoy our stay the decor and furniture in the pub could do with an uplift, but for what we paid I would stay here again, and would recommend.

The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I stay regularly for work and I’m always guaranteed a clean, well equipped room with great facilities. The breakfast in the attached Brewers Fayre has everything you need and the food is always hot and delicious.

I have family in the area, so I visit the Flagstaff Island Premier Inn Ashby de La Zouch often, and I love it. The staff are consistently welcoming, warm, and friendly, and they’ve genuinely made staying here an integral part of my visits home. So much so, in fact, that my family trips simply wouldn’t be the same without them.

There has been a marked changed and improvement of late, staff really polite and helpful, food much improved , rooms excellent , every aspect has improved clean and spotless

Just terrible the table had been booked for a couple of weeks for 10 of us for a Christmas outing table wasn’t even ready we had been sitting there 10 minutes then when they were reminded they had forgotten us the place was virtually empty when the meal eventually came out it was as if they had run out of everything and this was booked for 2:30 I will never step foot in the place a gain the meal was paid for upfront 😞

Terrible terrible nights sleep ruined my trip away to see my family Kids above jumping off and on the beds above my room while parents in the bar getting drunk this went on most of the night. I had to get out of bed 3 times to go to reception to complain . Ended up face to face with the Mum in reception having an argument. Toilet and room stank floor in bathroom filthy did not want to walk on it so had to lay towels down Noises in the night huge vibration making my bed shake god knows where that was coming from. Terrible
卧室太热了（晚上 28 摄氏度），甚至连白天都不算热（22 摄氏度，没有阳光）。你不能打开窗户让新鲜空气进来，所以基本上你吸入的是污浊的空气。我们感到不舒服。显然，这是一个每年夏天都会出现的问题，管理层不想解决这个问题，他们只是给你一个风扇，让污浊的空气四处流动。我甚至无法想象在炎热的天气里会是什么样子……工作人员很友好，房间也很漂亮。
