通常，Premier Inn 是我的首选，主要是因为你知道你会得到什么。但这次不是。我刚从邓弗里斯的 Premier Inn 度过了两天假期，我很不开心。这家酒店破旧不堪，肮脏不堪。还有股潮湿的味道。他们的网站上还说酒店内有一家餐厅供应早餐和晚餐。但事实并非如此。这家餐厅在 6 月份关闭了，大约在我预订的两个月前。所以当我发现他们网站上宣传和推广的内容是错误的时，我真的很生气。虚假广告。每晚收费 100 英镑，真是令人震惊。不得不在主城区找另一家餐厅。我觉得完全被骗了。已经给他们的执行团队发了电子邮件投诉。
Booked two nights whilst house hunting the area, tired room, bathroom wants a make over , had to ask for the shower curtain to be replaced as the old one was very smelly , peeling paint, chiped doors , grub carpet all just added to the very unpleasent stay. After a long day we decided to dine in the restaurant ... bad decision, starter of Falafel was lukewarm warm stodgy uneadabile ...sent it back and told it would be removed from the bill .. main chicken skewer was served on cold plate , chips lukewarm warm with a scatter of salad ...zero for attempt from the cook/chef ? Manageress [ Katy I think] tried to justify all , young , premier inn brainwashed type who had all the answers unfortunately zero life experience to add to her expertise , told me the falafels are served like this and if we came back the next night they would be the same .. wow ! Went to pay the bill and nothing was refunded , so there you go full price for a dinner of mush served cold.... avoid , avoid ,avoid .. You would get a better meal at a Salvation Army soup kitchen.

It was my wife's 40th birthday and I wanted to stop here just for a night, in the morning we went to breakfast, how welcoming Angela was from start to finish, also very informative and approachable will definitely return just to see Angela thanks so much will definitely return

Hotel lovely and clean, beds very comfortable, food excellent and staff exceptional. The breakfast was top class and Angela was very friendly and helpful.

Standard PI rooms, plenty of parking and people are so friendly. Staff Anna and Angela were exceptionally welcoming at breakfast

room was spacious and clean but the internet was unusable at just 1.6mbps download speed and is no good for anything :( the phone signal was poor also so i couldn't even use that for internet access. breakfast was nice and all staff very pleasant but i don't think i would stay here again on account of effectively being disconnected from the rest of the world for 24hrs

It's pretty standard Premier Inn tbh. Rooms adequate and clean and functional. Breakfast is something I dont quite get. This is across all Premier inn. Why dont they cook the mushrooms? Its beyond me how such an easy in is made into something so flavourless and dry sat in dark fetid juice. Same for the tomatoes. It annoys me everty time. Fear of using butter. I dont know. Its a sad start to an average night. And the tv didn't work.

没有食物 没有酒吧 直到抵达前几天才被告知这一点 价格没有降低，设施也更少 房间太热，无法入睡，整晚温度为 27 度，没有办法降温 只提供早餐，食物非常差，煮得太熟，而且容易受到各种元素的影响 标准非常非常差
非常漂亮又干净的酒店。接待员友好而乐于助人。酒店旁边有一个大型免费公园。隔壁餐厅的食物非常好。我一定会回到邓弗里斯并入住普瑞米尔酒店。我向大家推荐这个地方
