如果您愿意花高价入住一家设施、装潢和整体维护明显敷衍了事的酒店，那么这家Premier Inn酒店绝对是您的理想之选。整个酒店充其量只能算得上是基本设施，这还是客气的说法。它不仅破旧不堪，简直是彻底垮掉了。从阴暗陈旧的入口到无人问津的停车场，处处都透着一股削减成本的气息。曾经位于酒店内的Beefeater餐厅已于2024年7月关闭，取而代之的是一个只能称之为“豪华小吃柜台”的地方。这里看不到像样的厨房——只有一个看起来像是大型冰柜、一个油炸锅和一个微波炉。如果您期待能吃上一顿像样的饭菜，那就做好大失所望的准备吧。这家Premier Inn酒店远低于该品牌通常的标准。绝对不值这个价。您最好选择其他任何地方入住。

This is a good value hotel to stay in for a night or two. The staff are really welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was well equipped with a comfortable bed, good lighting, plenty of plugs, tea/coffee facilities and air con which was effective. The only problem I had was that someone above me was quite noisy (stomping around in the middle of the night!) and the floorboards are quite creaky which kept me awake so I would recommend asking for a room on the top floor. The room was a little bit tired with a few cracks here and possibly needs some TLC. Overall it was a pleasant stay, good value and comfy bed so I would stay again.

Lovely comfortable stay. Staff were really kind and friendly, especially Seb. His customer service is absolutely excellent. He was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for him. Genuine service with a smile which is so rare these days. Thank you Seb for making my stay that little bit more positive.

A mixed review. The Premier Plus room was comfortable although not v clean, esp the bathroom. The restaurant was closed especially annonying as we had pre-paid for dinner. Staff were welcoming and helpful in suggesting takeaways in the town athough the one recommened was clased as it was bank holiday. Breakfast was cooked to order in the morning as the usual hot buffet was not on.

The staff were lovely!! An asset to the place. The breakfast was lovely - made to order. Two connecting rooms - one was quiet, the other unfortunately had a rather loud person above.
