Upon checking in, I went straight to the room while my husband parked. When I walked into our room I could smell that it was recently cleaned, which was great in my books. However, the bathroom told another story. Unfortunately, you could visually see discoloration in multiple areas of the shower. I immdiately when to the front host, who was more than gracious to move us to a better room. She was professional and personally inspected the room prior to her assigning it to us. It made a big difference in the situation. The 4 star is more customer service related, than the condition of the property itself.

我们到达酒店时，已经过了办理入住的时间，却被告知房间还没准备好。大堂里挤满了其他客人，他们的房间也同样还没准备好。我们最终只好离开，另找了一家酒店入住。前台没有解释为什么房间还没准备好，也没有通知其他客人。
这次入住希尔顿花园酒店是我们入住希尔顿以来最糟糕的一次体验。只有一台苏格兰人牌制冰机在工作，我们不得不下楼去大堂拿冰块和瓶装水。空调设定温度为65华氏度，但从未低于70华氏度。酒店这边只有两个残疾人停车位。这是我们住过的第一家不提供免费早餐的希尔顿酒店。走廊又热又闷，还有一股霉味。如果下次再订酒店，我们肯定会选择Home2Suites。
自助餐每盘16美元，食物又干又硬，桌子上还有蚂蚁。房间没有空调，他们也无能为力。整个星期房间里温度都高达85华氏度（约35摄氏度）。前台也完全不予理睬。
我到达房间时，浴室里弥漫着一股下水道破裂的气味。我问前台有没有客房清洁部门提供的清洁漂白剂可以用，他说没有了。前台也没有给我安排其他房间。我去了酒店旁边的便利店，花了7.99美元买了漂白剂来去除浴室的异味。房间里的空调白天和晚上都发出很大的噪音，把我们都吵醒了。侧门整晚都砰地关着，也把我们吵醒了。2025年5月26日早餐时，男服务员非常粗鲁。今天（2025年5月27日），我和我的同伴正在吃早餐，同一位男服务员还在我们吃饭的地方吸尘。
什里夫波特单人度假/可携带宠物
房间很棒，非常宽敞，配有迷你冰箱和微波炉。有咖啡，但我没喝。很棒的酒店，房间位置绝佳，位于后角，一侧有电梯，非常适合带我的两只小狗过夜。一定会再次入住。
进城和朋友见面，结果下午5:30到凌晨1点停电了。不幸的是，我们找不到其他酒店，因为所有能订到的酒店都满了，所以我们只好开车去了另一家。
4点无法办理入住，房间仍然很脏，房间还可以，没什么特别的，泳池开放得太早，孩子们没法游泳，自助餐很贵，不值这个价。
因为空调坏了，换了三次房间。千万别住这里！400美元住的房间又热又闷。
