The inn was fresh, clean, and very well-kept. Desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very nicely furnished and appointed.

Property was clean and staff were friendly. The free breakfast met the expectations for a free continental-hotel breakfast. Pool was small but well-kept. Convenient access to 81.

We stayed here while driving through the area. So glad we picked this place. It is reasonably priced, and worth what we paid. Probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had.

The room we booked on ******* was not available the day of check in so they gave us two adjoining rooms. Once we made our way to our new rooms, a lady was changing the locks on all of the doors in the hallway; no one at the check in staff mentioned that at all. Had to wait 10 minutes for her to change our locks. After driving for 7 hours, it was not a great start to the stay. Once we were in our room, our kids discovered dirty clothes, including men’s underwear, hanging up in the closet. How did housekeeping miss that?
The tv didn’t work in the kids room, so they just used their devices. All in all, it was a poor experience and I would never stay there again.

After a long seven‑hour drive, it’s unacceptable that your reserved room wasn’t available, you waited while locks were changed without any notice and then discovered dirty clothes in the closet. On top of that, the TV in your children’s room wasn’t working.This is far below our standards. We take full responsibility and are implementing changes to our check‑in and housekeeping procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

This place is a hidden gem! Just off 81 (literally) it is easy to find. The town of Salem is a 5 min ride away with places to eat. Beds are comfortable and shower is hot. We’ll be staying here again!

No real issues with property. Area around location confusing to get in and out. Breakfast was filling but a lot of the food was not kept warm enough so a little cold. Staff was friendly at front desk.

The people were very nice, the hotel was clean and well maintained. But it was so loud. The walls must be paper thin. The entire night we heard everything that happened on our hall.
