房间很干净，但是水槽上方没有灯，而且不是 Bayliss and Harding 肥皂，太稀或者被水冲淡了。早餐的选择非常有限，既没有欧陆式早餐也没有熟食，而且味道也不好，也不吸引人。隔壁的晚餐煮得太熟了，建议你去那里。员工很友好

我们全家一起去，所以住了两晚，一共三间房。这家旅馆似乎比较老了，可以更新一下了。除此之外，工作人员都很友善，早餐也足够我们吃了。一个女儿住的是家庭房，足够她丈夫、她自己和他们的双胞胎女儿住，另一个女儿住的是标准间，也还可以。我和丈夫住的是残疾人房，我用轮椅，只能借助轮椅行走。浴室/淋浴间很好，只是推拉门对我来说太重了。卧室的空间有点小，但是床！！！它对我来说太低了，比我的轮椅还低。我们问床是否可以升起来，被告知这是一张新床，它升不起来！我正在等待髋关节置换术，我有心脏衰竭，一躺在床上就再也起不来了！经过大量的努力、痛苦和泪水，我终于做到了，我不想再处于那种境地，我断断续续打了两个晚上的瞌睡，坐在椅子上的两个枕头上（给我身高）！之前在 Premier Inns 住过，没有遇到过这个问题。现在我知道以后在预订任何地方之前都要检查床的高度！另外，我丈夫也说床不是最舒服的，因为它应该是一张新床！我不知道是谁设计了这些残疾人设施，但目前使用轮椅的人肯定不是残疾人！！干得好，我们度过了几天愉快的家庭时光，尤其是参观了切斯特动物园 💕
Best premier inn I have ever used . The staff were fantastic both on reception and in the restaurant . Particular shout out to the night manager Jason who greatly assisted locating a take away after a late night in the city

Everything was spot on! The location was great. We chose this Premier Innn for the free so we parked the car up for the duration of our two night stay and took the bus into Chester … frequent service. Despite being an older hotel the room was lovely, clean and looked like it had had a fairly recent renovation. The breakfast room and reception were also great. The corridors and stairs maybe a bit tired but not an issue at all. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pub next door had a lovely atmosphere and the food was great and good portion size. Breakfast was great … good value for money, plenty of choice and cooked food was cooked well and piping hot.

The booking process was easy, check in was smooth, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Exactly what was needed!

I stay in many well run prem inns across the UK & you learn to accept a fairly uniform standard with prem inns. "You know what you are paying for". What makes the difference is the interaction from the people and I must say on this occasion Emma (although possibly management and seemed very busy) stood out with her attention to service, took the time and made me feel welcome as a person, not just a number or another guest.

经过一整天疲惫的婚礼后，我们晚上 11.30 到达，只想上床休息。登记入住很快，接待员很友好。到了房间就听到里面有迪斯科的声音。打开门，窗帘关上，电视里播放着刺耳的舞曲，床垫和床上用品一起从床上掉下来，就像一个狂欢者洗劫了它一样。老实说，我们以为我们拿到了错误的钥匙。到接待处，花了一个小时来整理，在午夜，没有免费的咖啡、水等，只是告诉我们要坐在酒吧里，里面有很多醉汉，我们得到了别人的房间，还没有办理入住，因为比赛当天他们已经满了。绝对令人震惊，我的意思是，一些客户服务甚至升级了饮料或早餐。我们所得到的只是被告知这是前一个班次的错误等等，我们不在乎这是谁的错。整个经历很糟糕，根本没合眼。没有电子邮件或接待员以上的任何人需要遵守。只是被告知填写反馈表。
