Absolutely the best breakfast ever in a Premier Inn, being coeliac the team led by Debs excelled. Order taken to avoid cross contamination, also clean glasses, cups , cutlery and bowls provided. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. The room however was not cleaned to a hygeinic standard. I got into bed only to find the bottom of my mattress, sheet and duvet were wet and freezing cold. I do not know whether this was a spilled drink, urine, water or something else but a guest should not have to experience this. Other signs of poor cleaning were evident such as dirty windows, spots of mould in the corner, dust in the cups, handprints on the wall under the TV and dust on and around the headboard and side tables. This hotel is in a prime location and would make an excellent place to stay for both business and leisure but sadly I have to recommend that you do not stay if you value cleanliness and hygeine.

The most friendly reception team from check in to check out Hector is permalloy at his post or there within 30 seconds Fantastic job & made to feel so welcome, helped when booking taxi to airport

Was here recently for two nights, I really enjoyed my stay , great welcome on arrival. Hotel parking is free and is in a good central location for MK. Breakfast was very good , nice and fresh and having the added bonus of the hickory’s smokehouse next door which I really enjoyed on both evenings (advise booking ). The only negative was the room which felt a little tired albeit clean . Bear in mind the hotel has no lift so if you are not very mobile ask for a ground floor room . In summary pretty decent premiere in with great staff and I would return

Enjoyed the delicious breakfast, multiple options and fresh ingredients. The place was spotlessly clean, the portions were generous and the staff was very polite and attentive. We look forward to visiting again.

Great location with views over the lake from some rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the staff really attentive and welcoming. The restaurant next door, Hickories, was fully booked both nights, so if you plan on eating here book early. The room was clean and tidy, but the only negative, it was starting to look a little tired and could do with a refresh.

这是我住过的最简陋的Premier Inn。房间需要翻新一下。（更像Travelodge）目前没有餐厅，应该三月底才开？看起来像个建筑工地，正往停车场里开。我到的时候发现房间很冷。用的是壁挂式电暖器。早餐不错，员工很友好。
