The only issue I had with this stay was the daily fee that I was charged to park on the property. This is something that should be included. I've stayed here a few times in the past, but I think I'll look elsewhere to avoid these additional fees that I was charged afterwards.

Aging property but good for the price.
This Residence Inn is an aging property. The room had a musty odor, but was otherwise clean. You have to ask for dishes, pots, pans and event dishwashing soap and sponge. The sidewalks are buckling and the pile of cigarette butts stayed at the bottom of the stairs most of the week.
The staff was friendly and I did appreciate the breakfast which changed slightly from day to day. The location is great, walking distance from several restaurants and right next to the interstate. I didn't have any issues with noise and the bed was comfortable.
The reason I chose this place was price. It is affordable and what you get for the price is reasonable, but nothing fancy.
Would I stay here again? Sure, but only if price is a greater concern than comfort.

The room smelled very badly of mold, no towels in the room, tv was broken and the phone in the room didn't work. The staff was very nice

Don't go there, way outdated!
Very old and outdated hotel, flooring and bathroom need badly upgrading.
It is a joke what they did to the bathtub, they painted here and day, unbelieveble!!!
But it is an Marriott so we did'nt expect this trash.
Breakfast was a desaster as well
Every body was on there cellphone even the manager.
No food, empty, empty, no milk for de cornflakes, no half on half for the coffe, no decaff coffee, no gravy for the bisquits, no spoons desastro, desastro........

Staff was friendly and very professional, the room was clean and in order, the bathroom was also kept. Overall our stay was quiet and pleasant.

整整6晚的住宿都没有客房服务，房门极其难开，整体清洁度很差，房间的地板有洞和凹痕，容易绊倒。此外，早餐的食物/选项味道难闻，整体而言，酒店对细节的关注度很低。至少可以说，这是一次非常令人失望的住宿体验。
