Breakfast and check-in/check-out staff were friendly and accommodating, however our room was very old and need of updating. 2 out of the 3 TVS in our room were not working, bed and pillows were hard, did not have enough towels and bathroom mats. Neighbors were noisy, and our room smelled horribly of curry. We were there for 2 nights and the smell was still in our room by the time we checked out.

property is run down. Their equipment is missing pieces and parts maintenance said they don’t have the money to replace them and there’s not enough maids to clean up, vacuum and take proper care of the units so they rush through to get finished leaving dust dirt behind

First off no elevators, no utensils, glasses, cups etc in kitchen. When delivered they dumped bags on the counter laughing and leaving without putting items away. NO balconies TV remotes didn’t work. The list goes on and on. NEVER stay here.

Terrible service rooms where dirty and the room smelled like mildew when I brought it to management’s attention. They gave me attitude like I was in the wrong for their establishment being subpar. Breakfast was a 2/10 overall rating 1

整整6晚的住宿都没有客房服务，房门极其难开，整体清洁度很差，房间的地板有洞和凹痕，容易绊倒。此外，早餐的食物/选项味道难闻，整体而言，酒店对细节的关注度很低。至少可以说，这是一次非常令人失望的住宿体验。

我分配到的房间淋浴间漏水严重。我认为这是由于缺乏适当的维护造成的。厨房用具和餐具不齐全。房间电话坏了。总的来说，对于这家我一直抱有不同期望的连锁酒店来说，这些细节让我感到惊讶。
员工和早餐都不错。但房间状况令人失望。浴室的墙壁和天花板上长了霉。厨房橱柜摇摇晃晃。咖啡机里没有咖啡壶。总的来说，我们很失望，因为这不符合万豪酒店的水准。
虽然不是豪华酒店，但环境不错，交通便利，满足了我们的需求。我们只住了一晚。
