The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful, house keeping was very fast at responded to needs and everyone speaks and greets you everytime they see you. My 5yrs old son said he felt like a celebrity. The options for breakfast was amazing. Great place, Great stay, excellent staffs

Always a pleasant stay here!
As always when we stay at this Hampton Inn everything was fine. Clean room, well stocked with towels, fresh smelling linens and room. Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and the hot items were hot. Staff in that area were very attentive to cleanliness of the food counters.

This was about my 4th stay here and it appears to be our go to place when in the area. Everything is great, the staff, food etc. Elevator is quiet and guest are friendly especially the staff.

Just like home! It's clean, accommodating, people friendly, central to shopping areas. Very good breakfast selections. Its beverage bar always have hot drinks. Paper plates, cups, plastic utensils, dining room/lounge are available 24-7 which is great when you decide to take-out to eat-in.

The staff was very nice to my daughter and I. We are on our annual dad/daughter end of summer vacation. Had a horrible experience at a disgusting hotel. Had to cancel after arriving there. Booked this hotel at 930pm. Got there at 10pm. The lady working front desk was awesome. I believe her name was Arirel... probably spelled that wrong, I'm sorry. She took extra care to give us a great experience.

我们在地板上发现了一盒打开的消毒湿巾。我们的电子钟从未调整过，没有根据夏令时结束时间进行调整。马桶冲水不畅，我们自己动手修好了。冰箱也出了问题，把我们所有的食物都冻住了。房间和浴室都很干净。工作人员友好热情。
房间的地毯散发着难闻的气味，而且噪音很大，一直持续到很晚，以至于我在那里根本无法入睡。
酒店地段不错，员工也很好，但半夜时我的手臂开始痒得要命，我打开灯，发现手臂上有咬痕。不会再住那里了
