Stayed here with my boyfriend perfect location for shopping at the designer outlet as its a few minutes away. Staff are so polite & helpful rooms are clean & cosy. Will definitely book here again

Friendly staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room was lovely, clean and fresh and well taken care of with its cleanliness. The location is within walking distance from McDonald's, and multiple shops and the quiet atmosphere helped me relax and have a good night's sleep.

We have only recently started using Premier Inn hotels when we're away on business, and they definitely don't disappointment. The car park was free and there was ample space for several cars, plus each space was bigger than the usual space. We were met by a very friendly receptionist. The room was very reasonably priced. It was spacious and very well laid out, with the TV in the centre of the bed (so many other hotel brands don't do this). The bathroom was really clean with a lovely bath. The only thing I would mention is that it would have been a bonus to have had a chair in the room in order to work from the desk.

Great customer service before evening arriving. Everything was plane sailing and the meals were pre booked for me in advance by the staff member. The rooms are clean and lovely warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much of an ask when approaching the staff members. Decent prices and I would Highly recommend

We recently stayed at this this location and to be honest we couldn't have been treated any better. The site was in a perfect location and the staff were amazing. However I feel I do have to mention Beverley in particular as she really went beyond what would have been expected. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. We were offered room cleaning whenever we needed it. There was no noise at all from other guests which meant a pleasant nights sleep. The cost was extremely good value for money especially taking into account it was iver Xmas. Will definitely be back the next time we visit the area.

I would never stay here again. As soon as we entered the room there was a very strong smell of damp. It’s December and the windows were left open as we entered the room which indicates the staff know there is an issue with damp. Even with the window open the smell of damp was strong. With the window open it was also cold and noisy due to the road but we kept the window open as the smell was so bad. I didn’t want to put my bags on the floor as the carpets looked so old and dirty. I also didn’t want my child playing on the dirty carpet. We only paid just over £50 for the night but I wish I had paid more and stayed somewhere else. I always thought premier inn had better standards than this. I don’t think it’s acceptable to provide people with this room.
