Well what can I say about the place it's lovely and clean the staff behind the desk are really helpful and friendly the rooms are nice and bright with room to put your clothes if staying for a while. There is plenty of parking and is in the right place to get to just about anywhere you want to go would highly recommend this place. And for the last bit the beefeater pub is a lovely place to eat and relax with a pint.

Got a great price. It is a good location in between Truro and Penryn. I was given a room in the new part of the hotel which was lovely, all fresh and modern. The only downside is that is a long walk from reception but not a big deal! As usual the staff at reception are helful, welcoming and friendly. I will return.

Nice friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are always nice and clean. Stayed here 4 times now and the staff remembered who I was which was nice. I look forward to many more stays here

Excellent staff really accomodating we had a few issues with the room but Zan on reception was fantastic thank you.any issues she resolved without hesitation lovely woman very well mannered and very pleasant always smiling.

Amazing friendly staff. The manager was particularly helpful when asking where I could park my overly large vehicle. All front of house staff including restaurant staff were kind attentive. Thank you for the kamomarti bags

I have stayed I many premier inn’s and this one is by far the worst I have stayed in. The room was poor. Paint missing on the wall. Damp in the corner under the window. Black tape put over a missing light switch, which I’m sure is a health and safety issue. I was unable read the air con display as it was cracked. The shelving had strips hanging off. The bath was brown and disgusting. I had the worst nights sleep possible as the room just felt uncomfortably. I won’t stay there again.

This was a poor experience. The toilet was dirty on arrival and the bathroom was also poorly maintained and very grubby. The bed was comfortable and I would describe our stay as very disappointing. The hotel appeared poorly maintained and was lacking in care and attention to it's condition.

Stayed at the hotel during the recent storm. Staff were excellent ensuring guest welfare and safety. Before, during and after the storm all staff from hotel to restaurant were polite, friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much hassle for them even during a power cut guest wellbeing was their priority. The manager was great and she should be proud of both herself and her team. Would definitely stay again whether business or leisure.
