Our room was on the ground floor. There was a long corridor to walk along which was on the level so it was OK. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, if we needed any other assistance it was no trouble. The property was clean and smelt fresh and was spacious. It was very close to Truro so was ideal for a wander around the Christmas Market.

Been to Cornwall every year at this time of the year, first time in this Premier inn, staff are by far the best I've encountered throughout our stay, friendly, helpful and made you feel at home which seems strange to say for a hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. Ideal location as its situated equal distance from the Eden project and lands end ad well as St Ives

The only parts of the room that I found clean was the bed. Since the floor was extremely dirty, looking like it hadn't been cleaned for a week, I was concerned about the table surfaces and wiped them down with wet wipes I always carry. Cover the chair with the hand towel to sit down. The bathroom was tired and clean enough to have a shower. Skipped the bath I was intending to have. The hall, stairs and landing also looked as if it hadn't been cleaned recently. I've previously stayed in the Rickmansworth Premier Inn which is excellent so chose Premier Inn when looking for a overnight stay in Truro. I'll certainly be wary of chosing Premier Inn other than the one in Rickmansworth.

As always with Premier Inn i was greeted by professional and friendly staff at reception who got me checked in efficiently

Huge car park. The room was spotlessly clean and really rather lovely. Big TV, ambient lighting in the bathroom. Walk-in shower with fixed and adjustable shower heads. USB sockets. Sensibly located light switches. Table and chairs. Hairdryer. Very comfortable bed. Easy to use heating system. Really very impressed with the room and facilities. The reception staff were super friendly and welcoming too. I will definitely be staying here again. I don't think such facilities could be found any cheaper locally.

Always good value for money, you always know what you get. Also beefeater next door, very good. Fun Christmas market weekend with friends. Reservations made online then added another person at a later stage which was done over the phone. All a big mix up on check in. Some of the party where charged again for rooms, even though it had all been pre-paid. Eventually was sorted out but much confusion on check in. 1 bath towel per person and 1 hand towel between two in each room is now apparently common practice, sorry but a bit mean Premier Inn.

Rooms very dirty cob webs and walls dirty , bathroom was dirty very thin walls lots of noise, hard beds no view from window just brick wall

老旧的酒店，有很多磨损的痕迹……请给它一点笔触吧！房间里缺少一个灯泡，家具上没有装饰条，床头灯上缺少一个按钮...我们的 36 号房间是家庭房，面积有点小，有一张双人床和 2 张单人床供我们的孩子使用4岁和6岁，但住一晚已经足够了
