Great location for Legoland! This is a lovely Premier Inn, friendly staff and spotlessly clean! Check in was quick and easy, as was obtaining additional keys when the kids accidentally locked us out of the room! Breakfast was ok, the restaurant was quiet, but they were out of eggs and soya milk (waiting for a delivery) and the fried eggs on the buffet were like rubber, but the rest of breakfast was nice. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Loki at Premier Inn Fleet came to the rescue when I needed to check myself and my Dad in at very short notice. Loki was busy and seemed to be handling everything with guests checking in, querying internet, wanting to order food etc. She did it all with a serene calmness and was so helpful to me and Dad. Much appreciated. Thank you Loki.

Location great for jumping on the train and going into London or the south coast. Hotel excellent. Loki was extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast great. Parking on site great. Looking forward to our next stay.

Really great stay, the room was clean and comfortable, the food was nice. Special thanks to Joe Saunders who was on reception each day of our stay. Joe was very helpful and friendly and made our stay really easy, thank you!

We have just concluded a three-night stay here and everything was great: the price was good, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Loki) and the rooms were very comfortable; we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Very friendly welcome to the hotel from Joe. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped for all our needs of a family 4. We all had a great nights sleep and will definitely be staying again.

Joe and Linda were BRILLIANT! Made me feel SO welcome and at home! Terrific customer service. The room is comfy and the bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE! Easy walk from the Fleet train station.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and everything is well organised. Breakfast was good and the hotel felt well looked after. Would happily stay again and would recommend it.
