我们八月初在这里住了 2 晚。我们大约 10 年前在这里住过，那时它一定很新，因为我们不会再犯同样的错误。这是我住过的最贵的 Premier Inn 酒店，也许 10 年前值得，但现在它已经破旧不堪，需要修缮。我住在 3 楼角落的 303 号房间。床头板上有一些奇怪的污渍，浴室角落潮湿，总的来说，需要好好打扫一下，再刷一下油漆。窗户打不开，但空调声音太大，不能一直开着。第一天晚上，我睡了不到 3 个小时，因为一直有嗡嗡声。第二天我和前台沟通，他们说厨房的抽油烟机一直通到大楼里，可能是开着一整夜才关的，所以才有噪音。第二天晚上 11:30 就关了。如果您订的是这个房间，请注意噪音（和奇怪的污渍）。我姐姐和她的孩子也住在这里，她住在二楼的房间。这个房间在入住后近一小时才准备好，而且只整理了两张床。闻起来有尿味！她很快就得到了一间床数合适的房间，而且没有尿味！绝对不值得花这个钱住在这里，Premier Inn 通常都很可靠，但这家酒店让人失望。总而言之，员工很棒！

We have just concluded a three-night stay here and everything was great: the price was good, the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Loki) and the rooms were very comfortable; we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Very friendly welcome to the hotel from Joe. The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped for all our needs of a family 4. We all had a great nights sleep and will definitely be staying again.

Joe and Linda were BRILLIANT! Made me feel SO welcome and at home! Terrific customer service. The room is comfy and the bed is SUPER COMFORTABLE! Easy walk from the Fleet train station.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and everything is well organised. Breakfast was good and the hotel felt well looked after. Would happily stay again and would recommend it.

We’re staying in fleet to brake up our journey to cornwall. Clean hotel. Fabulous staff. Especially Joe and Linda in the restaurant.

Had a great 3 night stay to visit family for Christmas. Good quiet room & excellent water pressure. The staff at Fleet were very nice and Joe was incredibly welcoming & helpful on arrival (despite the check-in screens not working), handy parking on site and we had a great cooked breakfast. The fan wasn't working in the bathroom so it got steamed up even when taking a very quick shower, but we managed. And I do suggest that if Premier Inn want to ask their guests to consider re-using towels during their stay it would be an idea to install more towel rails to make it easier to actually dry towels overnight.

Bathroom fan not working. Smelly dirty child's nappy left in bathroom. Slime on sink and bath soap dispenser. The hotel was not busy so rooms with broken facilities could easily have been avoided.

Rooms clean but in need of a refurbishing. The menus in the room were filthy with food finger marks all over them. Not nice. Clean towels etc… Like everywhere nowadays the extras were minimal. No tissues in the room or biscuits! I am sure there used to be? The young lady in reception was Lovely and professional and accommodating. She was clearly busy and on her own dealing with everything and everyone. She still remained calm and smiled, did her utmost to be helpful. The breakfast was fine but there was limited milk alternative choices on show but I was able to get soya milk so no panic. However, the coffee machine was on the blink and very intermittent with coffee water or milk. I tried several times to get a decent americano but gave up. It wasn’t a big deal but was to others and again the young lady Loki did her best to sort everything out. We did feel for her though as she must have been having one of those days 🥴 So thank you Loki for all your hard work!
