Everything was great from beginning until the end. Friendly staff and clean. Easy check in and out. Breakfast and Happy Hour very enjoyable.

Everything was great. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The staff was super friendly (minus the bartender who wasn’t friendly, but wasn’t rude either. His level of customer service just didn’t match the others). I will stay here every time I come back to Charlotte.
Only negative was that i wasn’t close to anywhere that i wanted to visit. It was 20-30 min drive to everywhere i went BUT i knew that because i booked something that wasn’t in the city center.

I book through *******. On check-in I was told card declined. Front desk was not hospitable about that. They called ******* only to be told I booked with a third party. Which I did not as I used the ******* app. I stood there almost two hrs before I could be checked in

My room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was real good. I will be staying at this hotel every time I come to Charlotte

The room was clean. Staff were courteous, helpful, and personable. We had a couple of issues with the tv's randomly shutting off while the them. Other than than that we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean and the front desk staff was wonderful. The restaurant staff wasn’t quite as helpful. The cleaning crew found one of our phones left behind and called us while we were on the way home. The front desk agreed to hold it for us until we could get someone to pick it up. The biggest issue was with other guests…there was a ball tournament in town and there were kids running up and down the hallways until much later than we would have liked..no fault of the hotel.

The hotel, staff, breakfast, and other amenities were excellent. The only negative I continue to have with this property is the lack of handicap parking and parking overall.
