I booked a room to sleep 5 adults. When I arrived I was given a room that slept 4. With no other option available, I was given a cot for the 5th adult. This is not what I paid for.

When we arrived, computer system had went down. Employee had to let us in our rooms each time. She was very friendly. I’m sure it was a lot on her to have to open everyone’s room each time. AC really wasn’t user friendly. Room seemed hot. No matter how low ac was turned down, it would cut off. I couldn’t get WiFi to work. But what really worked well was the breakfast. The person serving breakfast was the friendliest and did a great job with it all. So I’d say the breakfast was the best part. Both Kim and the person (I didn’t get her name) were superb! They deserve a raise!

Noisy
There was loud noise during the night beginning at 4:00 AM and continuing until about 6:00 AM coming from the room next door. I was told there was no one in that room, so I don't know what caused the noise. It kept us up the rest of the night.

After reading the reviews, we chose this hotel to stop. We are Hilton Honors members and have had good luck with these hotels in the past. The CSR was friendly upon check in but upon entering the hallway, the air conditioning was dripping and the carpet was soaked. We did report this to the front desk. The next morning, we went to breakfast and it was not as expected compared to other Hampton Inns. The selection was just ok. We looked forward to a good shower before hitting the road and the bottles in the shower were empty (shampoo and body wash). Upon checkout, I did express my disappointment to the CSR at the front desk but we were not offered points or discount… only.. “I’ll let the staff know for the next guest.” Really, am I not your current guest?

The room was clean, no keys to the rooms and check in was 45 minutes late.
