pillows were awful and air conditioning would only allow it so low, did not sleep well because the room was warm; for $250/night, I would expect more, and the size of the room was underwhelming; I’ve stayed in less expensive hotels that were nicer.

The indoor pool was a little less cold than the outside pool but wouldn't consider it heated. I heard other families complain about it too!

Rooms needed deep cleaning. Toilets had build up around seat and base. Spilled coffee on walls that were given cursory wipe down. AC unit smelled very moldy. Not up to the standards of other Hampton Inns

kitchen short staff especially for breakfast. Empty trays and waffle batter Not refilled in a timely manner. Wait is Too long.

Always Outstanding! We always have stayed at Hampton Inn as we did the 50 states. Always exceptional clean! Staff is always outstanding and makes you feel like family! ❤️❤️

Traveling and had to have a place to stay. This was a nice hotel. Comfy bed. Staff was pleasant.
