Every company needs a legend and someone who goes the extra mile 🙌 we were 4 hrs from home and in major car trouble as we docked in our favourite Premier Inn. PAUL thank you * ( and all your lovely staff) we will be back in better terms x

Premier inn is normally my favourite place to stay, then I came across the receptionist called Elleigh and she made my stay exceptionally pleasant and went out of her way to make my stay even better. I’ve travel a lot and stay in a lot of premier inns and no one has ever made me feel so welcome than the lady at the reception. I will be recommending this specific hotel to my friends and colleagues, hopefully Elleigh will be there because she is a delight and so charming.

I regularly stay at the Ripley Premier Inn and have done so for a few years now and it continues to exceed my expectations. Their beds are incredibly comfortable. I always get a great night’s sleep which makes such a difference when travelling. The hotel offers great value for money and everything I need for a relaxed and stress- free stay. A special mention must go to the friendly reception team, especially Paul and Teresa. They team make you feel genuinely welcome and valued as a customer. Their professional approach really sets this hotel apart and keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!

Staff are so friendly at Ripley and they go out of their way to help you. The rooms do look tired and need upgrading, however, in quiet seasons that is reflected in the price. Great having a good value restaurant right next to the hotel (and McDonald’s) it means if you need a rest you don’t even need to go off site.

From check-in to check-out, Elleigh was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She gave great local recommendations, quickly helped with questions, and always had a smile when we walked by. It is refreshing to experience someone as helpful as her. Rooms were clean and the amenities were great as well.

Owen was working on reception upon check in and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I asked to be put in a certain room if it hadn't been allocated as I had a bad back and had found the room comfy before, and he did that straight away for me. Professional and friendly a great receptionist. When the snow arrived Paul was really great and let me borrow a broom to clear my car, and was very professional but also approachable and friendly. Great staff. The room was a good size, clean, comfy, and reasonably priced.
