Friendly staff, friendly welcome from Bridget and the team. Value for money with a lovely breakfast cooked to your liking. Yes it’s a slightly older hotel but it’s clean staff are excellent good value Premier Inn near to Blakemere Village and 30 mins by car to Chester there are train stations nearby as well. Good large car parking too! Stayed twice in a week with elderly relative. They do ask what country you are from they have to now it’s the hotel policy and I didn’t mind at all. Had a good natter to the staff very nice.

The staff at Sandiway are absolutely amazing and nothing is too much for them in order to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Bridget was so helpful and welcoming.

Superb location next to the Blue Cap pub where I had breakfast. The reception are and staff were very welcoming. Good sized comfortable and clean room. Very quiet so was able to get a good noight's sleep. Very good value for money and i will return at some stage.

Nice bedroom comfy and warm. Reception poor as man gave us the third degree on how many children we have and how old they are claiming we had not booked for the infant

Such a lovely reception. Receptionists were very chatty and warm. I told that it was my first time visiting family alone after losing my husband 6 months earlier. The following morning Bridget gave me some flowers. So so kind of her.

Wonderful professional staff and hotel/restaurant very clean. Bathroom with bath very nice. Location ideal. Room comfort and no noise from other guests. Good value for money.

Staff at this Premier Inn were so helpful and friendly. We had booked an early check-in and requested a ground floor room near to reception. B9th requests were met. Bridget on reception was very welcoming and despite a very short window to get our room ready, everything was clean, neat and comfortable. Food at the Blue Cap was excellent too!
