The room was large and very nice. Coffee and coffee maker in the room. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint is that they served powdered eggs for breakfast.

The room and staff were very nice. I have 2 issues. The bed was too hard. Hotel companies spend too much on "amenities" and skimp on the most important item in the room. The other problem is an unexpected $25 charge on my credit card. At check-in, I was told, "the charge was in case I used something. The charge would be refunded at checkout." Then at checkout, I was told, "******* would have to refund my $25." I didn't use anything and I didn't stay at "******* Inn!" I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Shreveport/Bossier City, LA. I was disappointed and I will not return.

The TV channels were extremely minimal. Like 20! The sofa in the living room was more uncomfortable than it ever could be. It was terrible!!! The pillows were very flat. Nice fridge. Paper towels provided. Oh it said ice and vending but there was no vending anywhere. You had to walk all the way back down to the front desk and buy overpriced items there.

My experience at the hotel was overall good. I did have two issues in my room specifically. The toilet continued to run and the water, when I took my shower, was not hot.

Was there for the weekend. Check in staff was great. Jay was the one who checked me in and he was so friendly and nice, let me know about the bar and grill what time it closes and about breakfast hours. He sing a song cause I was there for a concert. We had a running toilet and they had it fix less then 5 minutes after I reported it. Room was clean the hotel it self was clean inside and outside. All the staff was very nice when you saw them. This will be my stay whenever I'm in town.

Great Location
We had a pleasant weekend stay at this hotel with while visiting my father-in-law. Overall, it’s a nice establishment, though we did notice some areas with mildew odors that could benefit from refreshing the carpets. The breakfast provided was fairly basic. It's worth noting that housekeeping only cleaned our rooms on the last day, so guests may want to keep that in mind if they plan to stay for more than one night. The location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated near a variety of dining options, and having a nearby gas station is a nice bonus for late-night snacks or special treats.

他们放弃了我分配到的一间房间，并把我家的一半安排在酒店的另一边，他们分配给我们的新房间有霉味，而且很脏，我们无法得到另一个房间，因为他们说房间已经订满了，所以我们不得不接受这间脏兮兮的房间，这家酒店绝对不值得我们花 530 美元买这间房间

淋浴水很冷，房间很吵，为我们办理入住的人不友好，信息也不丰富。负责我们退房的前台非常有礼貌，也很友好。餐厅的食物很棒。
