We had a great experience at 34 State Historic Luxury Suites! The location is great - a quiet street just a block from the main avenue in Skaneateles. Our room was very spacious and the decor was eclectic and tasteful. The common areas are very elegant! A wonderful feature is a little pantry with hot and cold drinks and snacks, available at any time of day. The innkeeper Katie kept a low profile but was always available by phone call or text to answer questions. We would highly recommend 34 State and look forward to returning!

34 State is simply a gorgeous 18th century (?) home furnished and decorated with impeccable period style! Tasteful and elegant guest suites, great linens, wonderful help-yourself amenities in a thoughtfully stocked pantry. All of this steps away from the storybook lakefront village of Skaneateles. Just a delight for a weary traveler!

We absolutely loved our stay at 34 State Luxury Suites! Katie is a sweet and gracious host and had done an amazing job maintaining and decorating this beautiful, historic home! The bedding is amazing and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere made it feel like home away from home. It's also conveniently located within close walking distance of downtown.

Our stay was everything I imagined from the beautiful photos! The room was beautiful, serene and welcoming! I loved all the Mackenzie Childs! The bathroom was perfect, amazing shower- bed was so comfortable, and my daughter and I had a perfect escape! Can’t say enough about it except we will be back! The town is adorable with great shopping and restaurants!
