我住过很多 Premier Inn 酒店,它们总是提供标准服务。但这里不是!房间很小。浴室很旧。我们到达后去使用套间,发现马桶座完全坏了。清洁工不可能不知道这件事!他们确实把我们换到了另一个房间。房间没有那种令人放松的感觉。这种房间你不会想看枕套下的枕头或床单下的床垫!我们在附属的酒吧吃饭,所有东西都粘乎乎的,很脏。酒杯上沾有口红。餐具上沾有食物。饭菜是冷的,薯条很软。不要在这里吃喝。事实上,除了工作人员,我根本不推荐这个地方!工作人员很棒!他们很友好、乐于助人、很有魅力!遗憾的是,酒店和酒吧真的很脏,所以我不会再去了!

My review is about accessible facilities. Firstly the fire doors are very heavy and I had to have help. Automatic doors should be there. In my accessible bedroom just a few suggestions. The bathroom switch is on the wrong side of the door and a small jug to carry water to kettle would be helpful. The low bath with overhead shower not helpful. I couldn't lift my leg over to get in and if I had wouldn't be able to lower the shower. Perhaps a still to sit on to transfer into bath would be helpful Restaurant. No fish n chips no skate. We had to wait a long time for the meal to arrive. Apparently similar long wait at the Margate premiere. Is it the norm? However breakfast was absolutely brilliant. The lady in charge most helpful, cheerful and efficient. Gold star for her

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights and we had a lovely stay. Although the hotel is dated it was very clean and every single member of staff went out of their way to accommodate any needs we had. They were friendly and extremely kind. It made a change to stay in a hotel that had the personal homely touch as opposed to a more corporate venue. I would recommend this hotel and I’m very likely to stay there again. Well done to all the lovely staff at Goffs Park 🙂

Great hotel with fantastic staff, such a friendly welcome and the staff worked very hard. The hotel is clean and quiet where it is situated. Yes the hotel does need updating but we had a lovely stay. Perfect for staying near the airport.

Booked a one night stay in this Premier Inn as close to Gatwick Airport. Post code directions using sat nav was a bit confusing. Hotel was good, clean and warm room. Meal and drinks were excellent and staff were really helpful especially Inna, Hayle and Charlie

For a company who spend a considerable amount of money on advertising, they really should employ more staff. There was only 2 people working due to sickness. Surely, the company should be able to get someone to switch from another site. The 2 people working were amazing, they absolutely worked their socks off and were able to have a laugh. They covered check-in, waitressing, pouring drinks, cooking, cleaning between them! We were late to a function we were going to due to the delays with our dinner as we also needed to go and shower. A fellow guest has stayed there before due to business and said this wasnt the first time this kind of thing happened.

This is my second stay at this hotel. After driving for 5 hours to get to Crawley i get to the hotel and they give me my room in the same block I was in the first time in November 2025. That time I stayed in this block and there was no heating for 2 days. As I left i said to them there was no heating in the block they said oh we weren't aware of it(but they so obviously did). This time I was given a room in the same block. The radiators in the corridor were Stone Cold but I thought I'll give it an hour for them to warm up in the room. After an hour no heat so I went back to reception and told them I wanted another room. They gave me another room in the main block but this room is stone cold as well. I went back to the reception and they admitted that people complain about the cold in this hotel all the time. I've told them I will be making an official complaint and they said you aren't the first to complain. Do not waste your money on this hotel especially in the winter. Expecting to be warm in a hotel room is something that should be taken for granted.

On arrival I met Ben who was amazing he got us our favourite room and when I told him it was our anniversary he congratulated us straight away and gave us a small bottle of prosecco each to celebrate, had a great night sleep in the morning we went to breakfast about 9.30 but on arrival was told there was no cheff but was offered a full refund and a free continental breakfast by Helen who was amazing very helpful and very friendly and when I went to reception for my refund Abi was very helpful

在从盖特威克起飞的航班之前入住,这是一个很早的出发。酒店从外面看起来很破旧,需要紧急维修,里面也是一样,过时,需要提升。晚上的睡眠质量很差,因为楼上的人很吵。上面的每一步都像是印记一样。该建筑不适合其用途。
