This is my second stay at this hotel. After driving for 5 hours to get to Crawley i get to the hotel and they give me my room in the same block I was in the first time in November 2025. That time I stayed in this block and there was no heating for 2 days. As I left i said to them there was no heating in the block they said oh we weren't aware of it(but they so obviously did). This time I was given a room in the same block. The radiators in the corridor were Stone Cold but I thought I'll give it an hour for them to warm up in the room. After an hour no heat so I went back to reception and told them I wanted another room. They gave me another room in the main block but this room is stone cold as well. I went back to the reception and they admitted that people complain about the cold in this hotel all the time. I've told them I will be making an official complaint and they said you aren't the first to complain. Do not waste your money on this hotel especially in the winter. Expecting to be warm in a hotel room is something that should be taken for granted.

On arrival I met Ben who was amazing he got us our favourite room and when I told him it was our anniversary he congratulated us straight away and gave us a small bottle of prosecco each to celebrate, had a great night sleep in the morning we went to breakfast about 9.30 but on arrival was told there was no cheff but was offered a full refund and a free continental breakfast by Helen who was amazing very helpful and very friendly and when I went to reception for my refund Abi was very helpful

My only complaint is that I accidentally left my pair of hoop earrings on the bedside table. I am certain they were left there, and while I accept responsibility for not double-checking before I left, the handling of the situation afterward was very disappointing. I contacted the hotel approximately an hour later. I had checked out around four hours earlier than necessary, so no new guest would have accessed the room. I was told staff would check the room, yet I was immediately informed that the earrings were not there. I had to phone twice and received the same response each time. Given that I know exactly where I left them, it is extremely concerning that they were not found. This has left me with little confidence in the hotel’s procedures and, unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

I stay in premier inn all over the uk with my my job, some good, some not so good. I feel the need to leave a review for this branch as Hayley really looked after us and was polite and a credit to the firm. Well done premier inn I will be back soon.

I had a really great stay at the Goff Park Premier Inn, made even better by the exceptional hospitality from Helen. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She looked after me so well, especially in the mornings — always ensuring I was sorted with breakfast and comfortable. Helen’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine care stood out and truly made the experience memorable. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and she is a real credit to the hotel and the Premier Inn brand. Thank you, Helen, for your kindness and incredible hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

An overnighter prior to going to the Airport!! Evening meal was good. Breakfast not so good! The room was very cold, light bulbs out, a shortage of staff meant that just 2 ladies doing everything from checking you in/out, running the bar and waitressing We probably would not stay here again

I stayed to have a base to visit places nearby. The hotel is tired looking and in need of maintenance! Peeling paint everywhere. However when I left I forgot to take my Sketchers (expensive) trainers with me. I emailed the hotel (reception very difficult to get hold of) and they eventually confirmed my trainers were in lost property. They instructed me to send a suitable box or bag with sufficient postage to their hotel and they would return my trainers. £9 postage cost I did that and contacted them again after 2 weeks of not hearing anything. They confirmed the box with postage had just arrived and the trainers would be posted that same day. It is now the end of November and I still haven’t received my trainers. Every time I make contact with them they claim not to know about this issue! I have given up but I’m warning you not to trust their words or actions.
