Kelly, Chis and Harry Not forgetting the lovely night watchman were all wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. All at a good prices. If you’re in the area don’t hesitate.

While the staff were lovely and the breakfast ok, the room was very dated and the cleaning left a lot to be desired, including a toilet not cleaned from the previous occupant, as well as dirty skirting boards , carpets and the bathroom flooring to name just a few things, It all felt very grubby. Our room (26) was directly above the entrance, as we discovered as we were awoken every few minutes by the doors banging loudly when people arrived or left the building. Would not recommend.

The hotel is having an extension built so hopefully things will improve. Whilst the staff were all helpful and friendly, the room we had was very tired and the standard of cleaning was very poor. The bed had a dip in the middle and the pillows were lumpy. The skirtings, carpets and surfaces didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a long time and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned from a previous occupant . The room we had was also over the main doors, so we hardly got any sleep from them banging loudly every time someone came though them. Thank goodness we arrived late and it was a stopover on a longer journey. Breakfast was ok and the breakfast team were very good. Overall we were very happy to leave in the morning and won’t be returning .

Genuine and friendly greeting on reception Friday night after a long drive, plus a really nice breakfast welcome and service from Payal on a Saturday morning who had the breakfast buffet area running really smoothly. Thank you, the porridge was great but you made it a perfect start to the day.

酒店正在施工，所以餐厅暂时关闭。施工噪音很大，尤其是早上8点就开始了。不过，工作人员非常友善。虽然我房间的暖气坏了，但他们还是给我换了一间房。
房子比较旧
房间里有 2 个 USB 接口坏了。床边和电视下面。没有报告。员工很棒。人手短缺。前台员工也不得不离开去酒吧处理订单。早上吃早餐时也是一样。处理得很好，但这并不公平。最终客人不得不等待。夜间外面的交通噪音很大。
良好的标准。一切都令人满意。可以进一步推荐。在三床房住了一晚。床很好。房间里有USB接口。一切都干净整洁。房间里有咖啡和茶。我会再次选择。问候
