Rooms are very nice and tidy. Fast checking in duration with clear instructions. Internet is a little bit slow, but was informed that it might go up and down in speed at reception so that was helpful.

I think the room was clean and bed was really comfortable even though it was 2 single beds put together and kept separating. I really think this Thurrock branch should not advertise for xmas holidays when in fact they are shut down. There was no wifi service and they were totally confused about the xmas menu. No kitchen, i felt stranded. Apart from that they didnt inform me about the room cleaning service. So i ran out of toilet tissue and was forced to have my bin full my entire stay. The staff were polite but not well informed and were not flexible about anything. I tried to make my self happy since it was the holidays but just leaving a disclaimer to others hoping to enjoy the hotel over the holidays

Our stay at Premier Inn was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable – the bed was perfect after a long day. We’ll definitely be coming back!

WiFi Ultimate doesnt work. Paid for it and even after several new codes just unable to connect. Free WiFi not any better.

Great stay and modern rooms! khurshid really helped me out by printing out abit of paperwork I needed for tomorrows job! 👍

Staff was not pleasant. Was not aware that parking for not even 48hours will cost me £15. Early check in fee of £15 is definitely a bit steep.
酒店很干净，对于一家经济型酒店来说，所需设施一应俱全。服务还行。酒店里有一家 Brewers Fayre 餐厅，提供餐点，不过我们没有尝试。要注意的是，停车每天要额外收取 7.50 英镑的费用。
房间还可以，设施也可以。没有什么可抱怨的。如果房间里不是那么热的话，一切都会如此美好……在安装空调之前，你几乎无法入睡（至少在天气好的时候）。
