We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionists, Maria and Aelita, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. They made us feel very welcome and were always happy to assist. We would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety. Overall, a lovely hotel that delivers both comfort and great service. I would happily stay here again.

We regularly stay at this hotel most recently in their premier plus rooms. We had a problem with the air con when we got in the room and got the receptionist to come up.and check it as it didn't appear to be working correctly he offered a portable just in case. We found the room was getting very warm at about 3am so turned it down We were subjected to water noises whooshing gurgling clanking for over an hour that was the end of my nights sleep. There was noise from the TV in another room and the volume on ours was very low. The duvet was to small for the cover the bathroom door was not shutting properly and the water bottle in the fridge wouldn't open. Now my main issue was the air con and we mention this to the receptionist when we left. Bear in mind there are no phones in rooms we were asked if we had reported it. So that expect you to wander around at 3 in the morning for someone to sort it. I did complain but their sleep guarantee only counts if you give them an opportunity to sort it at 3 in the morning. Are they kidding they are going to get a heating engineer in.and you will still get a good night's sleep or they will move you to another room and you'll still get a good night's sleep. Sleep was ruined the other things were minor but collectively a poor experience but hey tough as you didn't report them at the time. Sleep guarantee counts for nothing.

Located just off the A13 close to the Lakeside shopping centre this Premier Inn has a reasonable amount of car parking which costs guests £7.50 per night. The rooms are on three floors and the hotel does not have a lift so guests with mobility issues should as for a ground floor room. Our room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Check in and out was very smooth.

Rooms are very nice and tidy. Fast checking in duration with clear instructions. Internet is a little bit slow, but was informed that it might go up and down in speed at reception so that was helpful.

I think the room was clean and bed was really comfortable even though it was 2 single beds put together and kept separating. I really think this Thurrock branch should not advertise for xmas holidays when in fact they are shut down. There was no wifi service and they were totally confused about the xmas menu. No kitchen, i felt stranded. Apart from that they didnt inform me about the room cleaning service. So i ran out of toilet tissue and was forced to have my bin full my entire stay. The staff were polite but not well informed and were not flexible about anything. I tried to make my self happy since it was the holidays but just leaving a disclaimer to others hoping to enjoy the hotel over the holidays
