酒店地理位置优越，离我们朋友住的地方很近，还提供了住客专用停车场，方便我们拜访朋友和去市里其他地方，例如购物和餐饮场所。房间的清洁度充其量只能说一般，而且清洁服务需要提前预约。灯光设置有点烦人，因为书桌/工作台上方的主灯和顶灯是联动的，它们应该被换成发热量更低的LED灯。浴室的通风系统需要改进。我们住的房间是停车场景观，但从大堂窗户看出去，海景房的视野要好得多，而且只需额外支付10%的费用。

Night staff member was beyond rude to me. Telling me to watch my drinking and that I was acting like a fool. I believe his name was Aqueb ? He is absolutely someone that shouldn’t be working in a hotel and shouldn’t be put in the front of a hotel to deal with guest if he doesn’t know what manners or how to interact with guests. Absolutely appalling.

Andrea and his colleague on the night shift was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I have during the night. He solved the issue promptly and gave excellent customer service. Thank you. I love this hotel on the Southend seafront.

During booking and checking in I was not made aware of an £8 parking charge, reception just told me to scan out. Deceptive. I could have parked up the Rd free. Guests, desperados, we're vaping in their room at night setting off the fire alarm numerous times. I won't be staying again.

5 star service from staff, we couldn’t fault how helpful and friendly they were. 4 star for general upkeep of the hotel. It’s clean but a bit shabby, a stained chair and holes in our room curtains. We stayed New Year’s Eve to watch the fireworks on the seafront. We chose to book the restaurant meal deal which was excellent value. Highly recommend if you want to stay on the sea front, it’s worth paying a little extra for the sea view. Good parking facilities at a reasonable cost.

Had a great stay at the Premier Inn on the Esplanade Southend. From friendly greeting on arrival 9.15pm Christmas Eve and advice on car parking payment, to the breakfast Christmas morning all was good. The bed was large, comfy and the room clean tidy and very pleasant for a 1 night stay. Slight gripe was neither of us could get the shower any more than warm but hey ho we managed. All staff very helpful and friendly.
