Difficult to find the place as there was no name sign. During reservation, it was listed as "AE Apart Hotel", not hostel. The small, often unattended reception desk is located behind a business front. The reservation process indicated credit cards will be accepted - but, I was asked to pay in cash instead - another person had to intervene to accept CC. Very LOUD music from nearby bars/clubs, followed by loud motorcycle racing around 4am. I didn't get any sleep during my stay at this location.
