Matt, behind the bar, proved to be very helpful when explaining the meal deal and offers they had on at the time. More importantly he showed professionalism whilst dealing with an unruly member of public (non paying customer) A pleasant experience

I am writing this review to highlight the positive experiences I had with Owen and Emma during my week-long work trip. I arrived on Sunday, and the room was excellent and immaculate. I opted for the meal deal throughout my stay. However, the food quality declined significantly. On Sunday, the meal was satisfactory, possibly due to a short staff on a weekend. However, this was not the case. The next two days were considerably worse. On Monday, the menu was severely limited, with no chips, pizza, or burgers available. I was forced to order chicken skewers, which were the most unsatisfactory meal I have ever had at a hotel. I will include photographs to illustrate the discrepancy between what was expected and what was provided. The following day, I ordered a burger that was supposed to include cheese and a brioche bun. Instead, I received a burger bun from a Warburtons 12-pack, without cheese only lettuce and ketchup. Maybe the kitchen manager needs additional training or pays more attention to the food stock levels. Owen and Emma were very apologetic and offered complimentary drinks to compensate for the poor food quality. Breakfast was excellent, but I had two complaints: there were no fresh orange juice and pancakes one day. Overall, I am grateful to Owen and Emma for their efforts. This hotel is fortunate to have them. I hope the situation improves and they do not have to experience this again.

One of the worst premier inns I have ever stayed in. All the problems I am about to describe scream bad management or no management. On check-in they put me in a room not made up. Had to go back to reception. Didn't seem to know which rooms had been cleaned. Room I was moved to had not had tea/milk replenished or toilet paper replenished. Had to go to reception again to ask. Hotel was having stocking issues throughout. No milk or tea bags in stock for room. Restaurant had most ingredients not in stock for majority of the menu. Didn’t bother eating in there. Staff seemed to be running around doing every job, reception, bar, waiter, cleaning. As I said, this all screams poor management with nobody in charge. Really bad experience.

12月初我在这家酒店住了两晚。这是我住过的最脏乱的Premier Inn酒店。早餐很差。入口要穿过一个昏暗的停车场,旁边是一家倒闭的餐厅,让人感觉很不舒服。不过,工作人员如果在的话,倒是挺友好也乐于助人的。
员工非常友好热情。房间干净现代,比我住过的其他几家Premier Inn酒店都要好。下次来这里出差还会选择这家!

酒店房间一如既往的好,然而最糟糕的是他们关闭了附属的佛菲特餐厅,那里一直提供最好的佛菲特餐,现在酒店空无一人,他们提供的餐点只有 4 种微波炉餐,都是咖喱和一种炸鱼薯条,味道很糟糕,质量也很差,第一天的早餐很好,是新鲜烹制的,第二天的培根是几个小时前加热的,其余的都是冷的,一点也不新鲜,在我看来,看到这家酒店这么快就走下坡路真是太难过了,为不得不接受如此多投诉的员工感到难过,酒吧也是空无一人的
不想留下过于负面的评价,因为床很舒服,房间里有一扇可以打开的窗户(讨厌闷热的房间,即使有空调),但我们抵达时被告知他们不提供提前入住,尽管网站上说他们提供(结果他们应该提供)。我们到的没有我们想象的那么早,否则这可能会成为一个问题。除了提前入住的事情、房间需要修理、水龙头在水槽里挂着、浴缸摇晃之外,工作人员足够友好,不过一切都能正常工作。厨房和一般员工似乎有些问题,我从来没有住过没有自助餐的高级酒店,而是点到桌上,而且不是很好,水波蛋很好吃,香肠煮得太熟,中间是湿的。培根快要烤好了,豆子尝起来像是加热了一个星期一样,不得不等人把面包拿出来才能烤,我还听到其他几张桌子也有类似的抱怨,一位女士告诉我早餐很难吃,如果你也看到这篇文章的话,谢谢你的提醒,因为我可能会在没有注意的情况下吃了未煮熟的肉,我本来想拍照或者抱怨,但是我们时间紧迫,不得不回去换保姆和照顾宠物。这可能是人手不足的问题?接待处的年轻女士似乎同时做着六七份不同的工作,她绝对不懒散,所以我不希望评论对她产生不好的影响。我们会再来这家餐厅吗,可能是因为这里足够舒适,也足够便宜,但我肯定不会预订早餐!
床很舒服。房间很温暖。沙发上有食物污渍。工作人员承诺第二天会清理,但 3 晚都没有清理。预订的双人房浴室里只有一条毛巾。最初分配的房间有强烈的体味,可能是之前住过的。
