We have just stayed at the Hagley Road Premier Inn in Birmingham and wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The best Premier Inn experience in all my various stays around the country and believe me, there have been many over the years! A big shout out to Chev, Keigan, Quanay, Roxy and Wendy, all of whom went above and beyond. We greatly enjoyed our trip to Birmingham for the theatre and you all made it extra special. With much gratitude. Happy New Year to you all!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in early December. It is the most unkempt Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was poor. Entrance through a dark car park beside a closed down restaurant was not inviting. Staff when available were friendly and helpful.

不想留下过于负面的评价，因为床很舒服，房间里有一扇可以打开的窗户（讨厌闷热的房间，即使有空调），但我们抵达时被告知他们不提供提前入住，尽管网站上说他们提供（结果他们应该提供）。我们到的没有我们想象的那么早，否则这可能会成为一个问题。除了提前入住的事情、房间需要修理、水龙头在水槽里挂着、浴缸摇晃之外，工作人员足够友好，不过一切都能正常工作。厨房和一般员工似乎有些问题，我从来没有住过没有自助餐的高级酒店，而是点到桌上，而且不是很好，水波蛋很好吃，香肠煮得太熟，中间是湿的。培根快要烤好了，豆子尝起来像是加热了一个星期一样，不得不等人把面包拿出来才能烤，我还听到其他几张桌子也有类似的抱怨，一位女士告诉我早餐很难吃，如果你也看到这篇文章的话，谢谢你的提醒，因为我可能会在没有注意的情况下吃了未煮熟的肉，我本来想拍照或者抱怨，但是我们时间紧迫，不得不回去换保姆和照顾宠物。这可能是人手不足的问题？接待处的年轻女士似乎同时做着六七份不同的工作，她绝对不懒散，所以我不希望评论对她产生不好的影响。我们会再来这家餐厅吗，可能是因为这里足够舒适，也足够便宜，但我肯定不会预订早餐！
床很舒服。房间很温暖。沙发上有食物污渍。工作人员承诺第二天会清理，但 3 晚都没有清理。预订的双人房浴室里只有一条毛巾。最初分配的房间有强烈的体味，可能是之前住过的。
